Workspace & Dining: The bright dining nook features a clean white table and stylish yellow-cushioned chairs, perfectly set up to serve as your dedicated workspace or for enjoying meals.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the shared public spaces within the building.

Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package contains all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find two large bath towels, one beach towel, one washcloth per guest, and a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included two snacks per guest, water, and one paper towel. We’ve also covered you with two toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities of your stay. You may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace if you need more amenities.
Please respect the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To comply with all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for other purposes.
