Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a pool, hot tub, sun deck, AC, water and preserve views. Walking distance to Mickylee Golf Course, Franklin Club house with pool tables, ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, family pool, game room, tennis and pickleball courts. The 3 bathrooms feature both a shower and bathtub for your relaxation needs. TV's in all bedrooms. We look forward to hosting you at our place. 4 minutes to Sawgrass, 6 minutes to Eastport and 12 minutes to Brownwood. Close to shopping, turnpike and restaurants.

Five houses away you will reach Franklin Rec Center for swimming, sports and other activities and games. Excitement at every turn and everything is golf cart accessible!
Golf Carts can be rented locally.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost is $50 and The Villages only allow two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on the premises at any time.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
