We found this to be a very comfortable, well-appointed home on a quiet street in Pinetop Country Club. In addition to sitting outside watching the squirrels and numerous species of birds, we enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage and cornhole in the large backyard. Eric, our host, was very attentive and quick to answer our questions regarding how to operate the air conditioner and some of the home's lighting. We would definitely book this home the next time we

Erick was extremely attentive and ensured we had all we needed. Home was in excellent condition, well stocked with all the needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will definitely stay again and reccommend this home to anyone traveling to PineTop!

The home was charming comfortable well appointed. We had a large family and this “cabin” was perfect. The host was friendly and very responsive.

The host was very attentive and was on call in case we had any questions which was amazing. The amenities were in great condition if not brand new and our overall experience was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Eric’s home! There were 7 of us, and the house was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities. We especially enjoyed using the charcoal grill. Eric is a great host, very responsive and caring, always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location, easy to get to off the highway. The master bed as so comfortable. We had access to YouTube tv so we were able to watch softball on ESPN. Without having to login to our own account. The only issue was the ice machine didn’t have ice in it. But we were able to go to Safeway a few miles down the road. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

The chimney and living area made our stay absolutely superb, and we loved the great variety of board games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare both dinner and breakfast for our family. The heaters in the bedrooms and bathrooms kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. We would love to come back for a longer visit and spend more time playing ping pong. I highly recommend Karisa and Eric’s place for families looking to enjoy quality time in the mountains.

We had the best time at Eric‘s cabin in the Pinetop country club. They truly have thought of everything to make your trip comfortable and cozy and convenient. There’s so many seating areas and the rooms are spacious and lovely without being fancy and frilly.Oh my eight-year-old granddaughter claimed this is better than Christmas. They had so much room to play and explore.And Eric was the most accommodating host. He just been over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and invested in the success of our vacation together. We made so many happy memories and we just consider ourselves blessed to have found this home.

Awesome location and beautiful home. Was very well stocked as well so.made our stay easy and seamless. The back patio/ backyard was very peaceful and the a perfect location to relax at the end of the day.
