Wonderful place

We enjoyed our time in Punta Mita. This condo is really great. Wonderful views, good location, nice decor. Marta was a great cook and the condo was always spotless. We had a small issue with a bathroom and the owner addressed it immediately and had maintenance people at the property within 12 hours. Would love to go back sometime!

Amazing Condo right on the beach

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Hacienda De Mita in Punta Mita! The condo was right on the beach with amazing views and a great layout for a family! It’s walking distance to town and restaurants plus access to a golf cart so you can easily explore the area and beach clubs. The concierge and cleaner/cook service were amazing and catered to our every need! Watching whales from the balcony and having all our activities booked for us was an added bonus! A wonderful family holiday in a beautiful part of the world!

Another great stay!

Was great to come back for another stay at this amazing condo in Punta Mita. Like last time Marta our maid was amazing and the remodel that was completed since last time we stayed turned out amazing! Can’t wait to come back again!!

30th Anniversary

We celebrated a special week at the beautiful Hacienda de Mita. The condo was located directly on the beach with spectacular views of Banderas Bay. The owners clearly have looked after every detail with a fully appointed kitchen and daily maid service. Access to the full Punta Mita property, including the golf courses and Beach clubs was easily accessible via the golf cart. We’d highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a five star vacation! The condo is exactly as described. Very clean and in the perfect location. The housekeeper was amazing, she cooked us breakfast and lunch each day. Having access to all the beach clubs and the golf cart made our stay even better. We will definitely return!!

Wonderful stay in Punta Mita

This penthouse condo is beautifully updated. It is in a perfect location to access town and the beach clubs. It offers views and privacy. Marta is a wonderful cook and kept the place up nicely while we were there.

Second Time at This Property

We are so fortunate to be back at this amazing property! Everything was perfect! Our housekeeper, Martha is awesome, she is an amazing cook and helped to make our vacation relaxing! Our condo was very nicely appointed and spacious! I could hang out on the balcony/lanai all day. The concierge was wonderful and responsive! We had an in condo massage and a private chef cook for us. We also went to las marietas to snorkel and that was also delightful! I highly recommend.

Respite for my son

Really love convenience of check in and having groceries already in place Loved the beach clubs, restaurants ok but our cooking amd Marthas cooking better. One of the few places i can actually relax. If you want to olan activities, great, but I spent sox hours in the pool one of the days. I my was great!!

BEST family vacation!!

We have visited SE Asia and many countries in Central America as a family and this was our favorite vacation! The condo is exactly as it is described and Martha, our cook/maid, quickly became a highlight. She accomplishes her job so well and with such kindness plus her food is incredible!! Our girls loved the Pacifico beach club and especially loved the dolphin/sea lion excursion. A hurricane (ended up being class 4!) came through and the staff took great care of us! We couldn't believe the cleanup process the next day - was spotless within 24 hours. We can't wait to return!!

Amazing!

This property was simply amazing! Right in front of the beach and steps away from the pueblo. Christine was wonderful to work with and so was Jesus the concierge. Martha, our housekeeper and cook was amazing! We love her. Overall, we could have not asked for a better vacation. Also for those who are picky, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were high quality. This condo is high quality and spotless and in a great location. Love the semi private pools right in front of condo as well! Thank you Christine and crew!

Very nice property.

This is a very nice property that was accurately represented by the photos and description. The housekeeper/cook was lovely and did a great job for us. We would rent this property again without hesitation. We really enjoyed several restaurants in Punta Mita and also enjoyed the beach clubs; Pacifico and Kupuri.

Everything we hoped for and more!

This property is lovely...clean, well maintained, great location and support staff. Jesus and Marta were both helpful and accommodating. Three generations and everyone had a good time at all the beaches and activities.

Best place in punta Mita

Christina's home is exquisite and you can tell right away how much care she has put into the details and comfort. She was amazing to deal with and really cared about making sure we had a fantastic time. Marta is equally as impressive and we will miss her amazing breakfast!!!

The Perfect Vacation Rental

Everything was perfect. The condo is beautiful and clean. The view is spectacular. We loved spending time on the patio. The location of the property is ideal. It is walking distance to great restaurants in town. Marta is a great cook and kept our condo pristine. We have zero complaints. We will definately be going back!

Perfect Location

I highly recommend both Hacienda De Mita and this unit in particular. The condo complex is just inside the resort gates but adjacent to the town for very easy access. This unit was in the best location with a view of the ocean and right next to the gate to go through to the town. The concierge service was very helpful and booking with the owner was smooth. We found it much better for our family to be in a large apartment with a kitchen rather than hotel rooms, and still had access to the resort amenities.

A perfect action to celebrate 20 years of marriage

We had a great vacation in Punta Mita PH1-2. The Owner, Concierge and Housekeeper Marta were all exceptional. Everything we asked for was met and the service exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed time at El Surf and we recommend this area for a wonderful beach experience. Our boys caught plenty of waves and were in the water the entire day. We also enjoyed our time at Kupuri's pools and beach club. We stuck the Punta Mita area with exception of visiting Sayulito which is a great beach and shopping area filled with locals and tourists. Marta our housekeeper was exceptional and made us wonderful meals and treats. The town of Punta Mita was excellent and a very authentic experience. We recommend the many taco shops or food trucks as well as a visit to the local soccer pitch to watch some local players compete. Our entire experience was 5 stars and we could not recommend this property enough. We miss you Punta Mita! The Abner Family

Paradise found!

This ranks as one of our favorite vacations of all time… and we travel quite a bit. This condo was absolutely beautiful- I can’t even put it into words. It was spotless and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable, eveything worked properly, the views were breathtaking, the location to the town couldn’t have been better, we felt safe… everything and more you could ask for on a vacation. Marta (the sweet lady who helps out at the condo cooking and cleaning) was amazing!!! We wanted to bring her home with us. She kept the condo spotless and her cooking rivals a nice restaurant. We have two young girls and she went above and beyond to make them food that they would like as well. We really appreciated the concierge Omar who felt like a friend. The owners were very helpful and kind- even giving us a list of their favorite restaurants and helpful advice before we arrived . If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Loved every minute!

Great location- watch 4 construction

The property is in a great location over looking el Anclote surf break (when it breaks) . The golf cart is new and can get you to La launcha to surf, its set up for long boards so if you have shorter boards you’ll have to adjust or bring straps. The apartment is nice and it is clear it is rented frequently. During our stay there was construction directly beneath us from 11-4pm mon- Fri. Primarily Jack hammering making it impossible to work from the unit or have zoom calls. From the looks of it, they won’t be done anytime soon - so if you plan to work or stay in the apartment during these hours best to ask about the construction plan. The units of HDM are all great so you can’t go wrong w/ any of them just be sure they have premiere memberships and a well working golf cart —this unit has both. Enjoy

Exceptional!

We had THE BEST time at PH1-2 - it is beautiful inside and out and accommodated our family of six adults and two babies perfectly! We loved the decor and openness about the condo with the tall ceilings and all the natural light coming through, and the view was enjoyed morning, noon and night - breathtaking! And I can't say enough words about Marta our chef and housekeeper. She made our vacation. Her meals were of restaurant quality and so delicious and authentic! Marta also kept the condo very clean and even offered to do our laundry. Although she doesn't speak english, we were able to communicate with her via Google Translate. She was incredible and took such good care of us. I also want to point out Concierge by the Bay. They were also very good at taking care of us, from the pre-arrival assistance to grocery shopping (highly recommend) to scheduling our covid test. They checked in on us periodically through our stay via text and coming to the condo - always one step ahead of us. And last but certainly not least, Christine the owner was wonderful! She was always very responsive and provided a wealth of information answering our questions and providing suggestions. Such a kind person!!! Also, the location was perfect. Steps away from the side gate to the Punta Mita village and restaurants. We easily walked to the village. Having the golf cart was so nice in getting around the PM resort. We enjoyed Pacifico Beach club a couple of times and El Surf, unfortunately Kupuri was closed for the month of Sept when we were there, but for our family just staying at the condo pool was perfect. We pretty much had it to ourselves. If you like to surf, the waves in front of the condo were great, especially for beginners but also for the experienced! Beach was always clean and debris picked up every morning. We were definitely spoiled and loved every minute of it. We'll be back for sure one day. You can also clearly see the surf break from our condo and watch friends surfing or stand up paddling from our patio. We selected Hacienda de Mita because it is the only complex in Punta Mita that is ocean front, we are walking distance to the fabulous restaurants in the village, and we can enjoy the amenities of golf , tennis and various beach clubs available for our use. It is also inside the compound where the Four Season and St Regis resorts are located.
