This guest was an absolute nightmare to host!!! Stating we did not help couldn’t be farther from the truth, so it is difficult to respond to a review of lies. We responded promptly & offered assistance but there was nothing that could please this extremely difficult guest. We have guests that we truly appreciate & return year after year enjoying this lovely condo. Best wishes Bob.

We’re sorry to hear your stay fell short a bit of your expectations. We do our best to detail the property with accurate photos and description. We wish you would have brought your concerns up to us during your stay so we could have addressed some of the items you’ve mentioned. It’s possible cell phone and internet could be spotty in Ormond by the Sea, which is the quieter and more remote side of Volusia County, yet well-loved for these reasons. All and all, we are happy you found it was a nice place to be.

We are truly sorry that we let you down regarding this isolated incident. We offered you the choice of you a 50% refund or an additional free week, however you declined our offer. Please note that are all human & errors can happen, all we could do to make it right was refund you in full, which we then did immediately. As per previous reviews you can see that this is not typical and again, we extend our most sincere apologies. We wish you all the best.

That’s great you enjoyed your stay at Ocean Watch! We’re surprised you did not contact our maintenance department regarding any items you mentioned. We clearly state within your check-in procedures to contact our maintenance department with any issues or dissatisfaction, however we did not hear from you at all. These items could’ve been easily fixed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please note that bed comfort can greatly vary based upon personal preference. Thank you for telling us about your recent disappointment as our goal is always for 100% satisfaction from each of our guests. Your description of Washer/Dryer in the corridor was accurate; its location was included in the listing, but understandably could be overlooked. We agree; we wish the Washer/Dryer were in the unit too, but its location is typical for older, residential buildings, however the property has been well maintained and the unit was remodeled before your stay. The plus side is that these properties are on/near beachside. This also is a GOOD thing as you have easy access to the BEACH! We hope you enjoyed the magnificent, natural scenery. Please accept our sincere apology for discomfort of an unannounced exterminator. Florida has strict exterminating policies to keep properties safe & free from insects. The square footage has since been added to the listing's description since you feel the pictures weren’t sufficient.
