Property is close enough to all yet private. House and cottage were fabulous. We brought games and didn’t need to. Host stocked both house and cottage with more than enough. We will be back

Our party of seven felt very comfortable in a well equipped vacation home. Fun activities, both at the house and within walking distance, made a memorable vacation for all.

We had a great girls trip staying in Pauline’s home, it was clean and the pool is the star of the show. Perfectly located to walk downtown. We will be staying again soon :)

We enjoyed a wonderful week. This property was an ideal location to downtown shops and restaurants. We throughly enjoyed the pool, and the layout of the property gave two families room to breathe.

We so enjoyed our time in St Augustine at this property. It was comfortable and conveniently located for a great weekend away. Highly recommend!

Family trip

My sister had her wedding there so we rented the house for the weekend and that worked out great because it was close to ever thing. Loved the stay and would stay there again.

Our out of town guests for a wedding loved this house! We also rented the property next door which made it so easy for family to interact. There was perfect space for everyone. Easy walk to downtown. More than enough off road parking. Definitely recommend!!

House was clean and suited our party of 8 perfectly. The two living areas were perfect for Sunday football (avid Steelers fan in one room and Jaguars fans in the other). We were in town for a wedding and loved that we could walk to the Lightner for it. Host was very responsive to all our questions.

We stayed at this property with our two young kids, parents and in-laws and had the best time. The property is immaculate. The house is stocked with anything and everything you can ever need. Having the cottage was perfect for us to be able to put the kids down and not disturb them. The pool is absolutely the best part! We stayed out there 90% of the time. The property is definitely walkable to DT St. Augustine (which we did multiple times, even with the kids). It is also such a close and easy drive to the beach! We also had Outer Banks Boil company come out to the property to do a seafood boil for us. They were amazing and would recommend contacting them for your vacation if you stay here because it is the perfect set up for them to be able to come out.Pauline is responsive, in fact, we communicated with one another multiple times during our stay about various things. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone. We will for sure be coming back!!

Perfect for family

Perfect Spot for a Family Gathering

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family to stay while in St. Augustine for a family wedding! It was close to downtown and the house was lovely, the owner very responsive and helpful! 5 stars all around!

Perferct spot

We stayed here for my friends birthday, 7 of us and it was a wonderful setup. Kids could sleep later, while we were in main house. Very good location, easy walk to everything.

Perfect Place

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. The pool was great!! The house and the cottage were perfect for our family. All the amenities were great. We walked to town everyday and loved the quiet neighborhood. We wish all VRBO's were this nice!

Great vacation

The houses were perfect in every way. The location was great and the rental was very nice. Pauline was super to deal with if you have any questions she got right back to you. If we come back to st. Augustine again we will surely stay here.

Our group of five women - affectionately known as The Hens - absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The location was perfect - close to everything. We spent our days exploring and our evenings laughing together in the cozy living space playing games. It was truly the ideal spot for our girls’ trip.Thank you for being such a wonderful host and for sharing this lovely home. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Excellent Location

We chose the most perfect place for our annual girl's getaway. This location was within walking distance to downtown and so super cute. The entire stay was perfect. From the booking, to the check in process, to the detailed book for guest, to check out. Pauline was amazing to work with!
