Overall really good place to stay. Was a bit confused with checking in and getting into the building to get into the room but Host responded fast and helped solve the issue! Would stay again ! Parking was easy as well!

Everything went great! The check in was super smooth, all the check in instructions and information was simple and effective.Location was great too! No issues at all with parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The Host was very open to all my questions and concerns. My mom and I came into town for a concert on Saturday night. We stayed Friday - Sunday. I am thinking that the host was new to the VRBO world. There were a lot of little things that needed to be addressed concerning the amenities in the apartment. Host was receptive to our suggestions. Overall, we would stay again.

Very open studio apartment with a comfortable queen sized bed. The location is great as you are in arms length of the city while being out of the traffic and noise. Only thing I would say is I wish the host would respond a little quicker but I understand we all get busy. 8/10 would recommend, happy travels!

Apartment was clean but very basic. It would do well to have a proper set of dishes, a coffee maker, mugs, glasses, a toaster, pots and pans. There weren’t any towels in the kitchen. We were forced to eat out the whole time because of the lack of items in the kitchen.

I am in total agreement with a prior review that states the unit is not consistent with the pictures. The unit is not at nice (the bedroom pict is not even the same window; cheap stools and random chair at kitchen counter). The bed is not the best and other furnishings are of low quality. In addition, the other reviews that indicate the absence of sufficient kitchen items is still the case (for example, no hot pads to take hot items out of the oven; no salt and pepper etc.). There were no kitchen towels, only less than a quarter of a paper towel roll (no replacement); no place to put clean dishes to dry or dishwasher detergent. The placement of the uncovered garbage in the middle of the kitchen causes odors to be prevalent throughout the unit. The ice maker side of the refrigerator seems to be leaking water. There were no bathroom washcloths and bathroom towels smelled musty/felt like sandpaper. There was also a large dog parking in the mornings in an adjacent unit. Finally, the advertisement states within walking distance to things…being a single traveler, I would not walk anywhere in this area.

Good location to get around town. There are 5 parking spots available and thankfully, it wasn’t an issue over our long wknd stay. Host was responsive throughout the booking and trip. Unfortunately, the condo was the dirtiest condo I have ever stayed at and the pictures did not match the listing. I had to sweep the floors and ask the shower curtain be replaced as it was covered in black mold across the bottom. After messaging, the curtain was replaced but appalled to even have to ask. One bowl available for use in the kitchen cabinet and couldn’t tell if the dishes in the dishwasher were clean. You can hear the neighbors above too, so we wouldn’t stay again, sorry.

Not sure where to start…this could (should?) be a 3 or 4 star review easily. I was a single occupant and honestly, if it were 2 it wouldn’t have worked with lack of amenities. With that being said, I’m a minimalist and didn’t need additional amenities so this review is more for awareness to others. The building and unit appear to be newer, clean and well kept.This is by FAR the least stocked unit I’ve stayed in. There was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths and no dish cloths or towels. There were scattered utensils in a drawer but no organizer (4 ea. forks, spoons, knives. 1 spatula and 1 ladle). No glasses or cups, 2coffee mugs. Not a single pot or pan to cook with.I had 1 roll of toilet paper with no spares and it was saturated with water from something upon arrival. The furniture is sadly the cheapest on the market. The bed is a stand alone metal frame with a non connected metal head board that bangs the wall any time your pillow hits it. I slept on the couch for the remaining 2 nights of my stay. This unit has a ton of potential to be good. 500-1000 investment in more amenities and slightly better furniture would go a long way! I don’t know if the owner is new to rentals (this unit appeared to be on market for 6 months), but they could improve the experience ten fold with a little more effort/investment which would generate more positive reviews. In closing, for a single occupant who doesn’t require anything beyond bare minimum, it’s acceptable.

I’m really sorry about the towel situation and the missing essentials. We just started working with a new cleaning crew, and it’s clear they dropped the ball on the turnover this time—we’re already chatting with them to make sure that doesn’t happen again. As for the furniture and the kitchen? We hear you loud and clear. We’ve decided to put another $2000 into the unit immediately to upgrade the bed, swap out the furniture for something much more solid, and fully stock the kitchen with everything you were missing. We want this place to feel like a home, not just a shell! We’re a work in progress, and your review is helping us get to that 5-star level. If you’re ever back in town, we’d love to show you the "v2.0" version of the stay.

super cute space very cozy and homey! overall pretty clean except for the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the washer being full when we arrived. other than that everything was really great ! parking, check in, and contact was good!
