Very soothing six foot Water Cascade in condo, 6 foot giraffe , no ! 6 foot 3 inch giraffe ! **See our video on picture #3** 170 West Rockford Dr. Building G unit 5. Nice outdoor swimming pool. We have a small lake ( pond ) directly next to our patio with fishing and wildlife and a beautiful view of golf course. Everything is newly remodeled. Two king beds and Sleeper sofa. 18 hole golf course available with club house and restaurant. There is a large game room with ice cream ( waffle cones)! and hot food bar. Tennis court , outdoor pool, ping pong, foosball , pool tables , and many arcade games. Giant chess board . Exercise room . Luxury master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub . A nice grocery store one block away to meet all your upcoming needs which is a nice feature in this nice touristic town. Quiznos and,Pizza World one block away. Five minute drive to old Branson and The Landing which has many wonderful restaurants and many ,many stores for shopping. Twelve minute drive to Branson strip to enjoy all the local entertainment and attractions. Very quiet gated community and patrolled by security. Bring your family and have lots of fun and make some awesome memories. Come and Enjoy and make some good memories !!!

Weekend stay

Overall great stay for price. Needing some small upgrades and improvements in master bathroom. Quick response and communication with host. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our condo very much. Close to the pool, Nice balcony overlooking a pond. We could live in this condo. The property owner was very great at communication. We love Branson and this was a nice place to unplug and relax.

We loved the deck with the view of the pond for our toddler, and the owner had a pack and play and high chair on site. It is an older condo however, with multiple "leakage" issues, inc. a totally non-draining tub in the guest bedroom.Somewhat dismaying that those in our party who went barefoot indoors wound up with black soles ! Be aware that the pics inc. a water park outdoor play area and indoor pool either do not exist, or are not available to the condo residents . . . only the resort guests !

Fun at Holiday Hills!

The condo was very clean and lived up to the pictures!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Awesome location, close to the attractions we wanted to visit. It was a lovely, comfy home away from home for our time in Branson. Thank you!

Comfy and cozy

Condo was very well furnished with very comfy beds and bedding. View of the golf course was beautiful. Coffee machine stopped working but he had others in place of it. Manager was very easy to communicate with. Great experience overall.

Met our needs

While the condo is somewhat dated & may need minor repairs; the owner, Nick, was more than helpful, accommodating, responsive, and great to work with! Beds were very comfortable!! The location is terrific and 6 min to the Landing where we needed to go each day. Nice amenities on the property (rec room & cafe) And if course several pools.

Very nice condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was everything we were told it would be. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the wildlife and golfers on the course. I would definitely be interested in staying there again.

Family friendly

The property is very family friendly. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. The amenities are great for all ages as well. The host was amazing.

We were very pleased with this property and would recommend it to anyone. Loved the quite peaceful atmosphere. Kids loved the outdoor pool. Kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook family meals. Very clean and the beds where very comfortable for us all. Property is close to Branson Landing me and my husband loved that. We shopped there while the kids did SDC one day. The picture don’t really do it Justus it was nicer then we expected when we got there. Nick the host was very kind and helpful with instructions on getting there and how to get in. We travel to Branson at least 6 times a year and this property is one of our favorites!!

Lovely condo

Nicely decorated with lots of extras. We enjoyed the activity center/game room to get out of the afternoon heat. No stairs to the condo unit was a plus. The jetted tub was nice, too.

Another amazing vacation

Our 2nd time at this same location. We love everything about it. Great location, beautiful view, easy access and no stairs. We enjoy the game room and fishing in the pond. Love that this is a gated community and I feel safe allowing my preteen to hangout on the property playing on the tennis courts and going to the game room. Close by is a great little grocery store for when we forget stuff. 5 minute drive to the Landing. We will be back.

This property was conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle but had easy access to everything we went to see in Branson. It was very clean, quiet and is a well kept property. We would highly recommend it and will tell others we know who plan on a trip to Branson.

Great place!

We were in town for a convention down by the Branson Landing. This place is only a five minute drive away. Everything in the condo was clean. The beds were good and the furniture was comfy. Will definitely be back.

We would stay there again.

It was a very nice condo!! Great location! Enjoyed the pool. Lots of things to do in the resort area. I do have a couple of things that troubled me! The cleaning crew did not do a good job of cleaning the floors. I used the broom the sweep up before we walked around. Also, I could not get the TV remotes in either bedroom to work. However, having said that we would still like to come back.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed the condo! The beds were comfortable, it was very quiet, and the host has done a wonderful job making sure you have what you need from towels to kitchen appliances. My son really enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the pond in the backyard, and the pool was never busy! This place was our home away from home for a week, and just what we needed! Nick was great at communicating with us, and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Branson!!!
