This was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. Great neighborhood, walkable to everything! Grocery store, breakfast places, tavern and a juice bar right at the end of the street. South End, Atherton Mills, light rail all within walking distance through beautiful neighborhood. The property itself had everything we needed and plenty of space for 2 people with a great screened in porch. We ended up extending our stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great place, close to downtown. Gracious hosts, had everything I needed to really enjoy my time there. Staying again very soon!

Great Stay In Charlotte

Our hosts were incredibly professional and the hospitality was superb. The five days we stayed in our home away from home flew by. Fun neighborhood close to good restaurants, bars, and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Easy to find. Close to downtown but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Would stay again

Great location and place!

We stayed for 39 days and enjoy the place and location. Great for walking to restaurant, grocery stores and parks. The picture are accurate. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered screen porch throughout the day. We will definatley be back!!

Amazing Place to Stay in Charlotte!

Our family just spent 5 great months in Charlotte, and the Magnolia Green in Dilworth was a fabulous location and felt like our home away from home. The apartment was stocked with everything, and the staff and crew took great care of all our needs. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Charlotte!

Cute and cozy

I love staying at Magnolia Green and do so often. It is comfortable and cozy, convenient to everything, and in a lovely neighborhood. I Appreciate the off street parking, and being welcomed with complimentary wine, fruit, and breakfast items.

Convenient Charlotte stay

Older multi dwelling building. Inexpensive for the week. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars, and easy to get around. Dog friendly.

This is an older property,however it has everything you need. Very attentive management and respective neighbors. Better than a hotel by far.

Great VRBO!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very homey. The owners, Jim and James, and their assistant Lisa were welcoming and wonderful hosts. I stayed for a full month and took many walks on the Dilworth/Southend area. It was a perfect location. I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to stay there again on another visit to Charlotte.

Very comfortable and the washer/dryer was put to good use. Goodies in kitchen are a great touch.

It is on the edge of our daughter’s neighborhood, so it is convenient for our vista to her. Nice not have to deal with a hotel lobby and elevators. Quiet area, a plus.

Highly recommend

Thank you for making my stay very welcoming! The home was very comfortable and clean. The pasta dinner and wine was a nice touch. Close to Uptown as well. I would highly recommend this place. Enjoyed, thank you again for making my stay nice!

Charming & welcoming, quiet and comfortable

All the touches of home. Beautiful neighborhood and very walkable. The host left lovely touches - some fruit, a bottle of wine, and more. The bed was very comfortable and the building and area were very quiet. Cute screened in porch too!

Holiday visit

Perfect in every way! My husband and I felt completely at home. Spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. Neighborhood is beautiful and safe! Enjoyed walking and taking in the beautiful homes and holiday decorations. I come to Charlotte frequently and this home will definitely be my new home away from home!
