★ BUILDING & CONDO SECURITY MEASURES ★
• Minut noise detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels.
• Surveillance cameras monitor building common areas (never inside the unit).
• 24/7 building security.
★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We charge a $25 per night, $100 per week, or $300 per month pet cleaning fee (per pet). This fee will be charged via Airbnb Resolution Center if not collected at booking.
✔ Maximum of 2 pets, must be well trained.
✔ No aggressive breeds or pit bulls permitted.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. 🚭 Any evidence of smoking will result in fees for odor removal and furniture cleaning and immediate eviction without refund.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate eviction without refund.
