Cute cozy place. Has a nice big yard for your fur babies. This property has everything you need for a stay. Also the property was very clean.

Loved staying here. Nice and clean. Bathroom has sliding door, difficulty with the door staying shut. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Was so nice to have a place that was pet friendly since our pet sitter backed out at the last minute. We have two small dogs and they loved playing and running around in the fenced backyard. The house and the property are absolutely adorable. Very nice quiet neighborhood.

So the house was subpar in my opinion. As soon as we opened the front door the crawl space / basement had a wet, musty smell that permeated the entire house every day and our clothes (clean clothes too) . We had to wash all of our clean clothes at home because of this issue. I believe they knew about the smell as there was Ozium and other scent items throughout the house. Besides that and the bugs, I think the worst part was only one complimentary roll of toilet paper and the host telling me only one roll is provided and basically I should go buy some from the Wal-Mart or Dollar General. I mean they had enough towels, dishes, etc for the amount of people it says it can hold. I have never had to purchase extra supplies at at VRBO rental before and always been provided what was needed, if not more. We were only there for 3 days and seems very cheap and a rude comment to tell me to go buy toilet paper. There is no mention of this TP supply in their listing either. Other issues and recap: •The master bed is the softest ever and we snak in it•All of the floors are out of level and tripping hazards at a threshold•One roll of TP in the entire house•Bugs•Stinky - Crawl space/basement smell as soon as you open the door until you leave the property•Refurbished I guess – finish up the trim work and hide the handyman stuffFix the smell in this place, get some ant/bug traps or Orkin and get some EXTRA ROLLS of TP for the renters...

We have had MANY guests in this cottage and you are the ONLY one who has given us a rating under excellent. I am sorry you feel like you had a bad experience and we are only being made aware of your complaints now through this poor review. We and our team work very hard to provide a great value to our guests on every stay. This is a budget friendly whole house that we appoint tastefully.
