Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The condo is lovely with a wonderful location. Especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened porch!

Had an excellent stay at the unit. Communication was excellent especially when I didn’t have the correct code to access the lock box. Unit was clean and very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone that wants to visit Kiawah.

was given incorrect code for keys, was an hour before got access. Outside photo is of a different condo. no pans only pots. was checking it out for lengthy stay in fall but will look elsewhere.

At one point, the connection to TV did not work. Miraculously started working the next morning.The shower head does not work properly as it squirts water up to the ceiling and it’s causing the paint to peelThe front screen door is filthyThe communication with the host when first getting there was nonexistentThe best part is the location. The beach is literally across the street.Since the weather wasn’t very good, we had to spend more time in the condo. The place is fine if you don’t have to spend much time there.

Clean and great location to Night Heron Park or Beach. Perfect for couple who is looking for affordable accommodation that is convenient and clean. Basic kitchen, but sufficient for minimal meals. Would rent again from this company.

great place and location, need to have more information on how to checkin at the main gate security and in the information notebook that is in the room. where the washer and dryer what is at codes for the club swimming pool.

This is a very nice little villa that's just a minute or two walk to the beach! Although the renovation was modest, the photos honestly don't do it justice and it's great. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, etc., the bed is comfortable and the screened porch (lagoon view) is a nice place to hang out later in the evening once it cools off outside. Communication from the host was excellent: they were easy to reach and responded quickly every time I had a question both before and during our stay.We're looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit Kiawah!
