Property was clean and well stocked. We were really only there to sleep and shower and for that, it was perfect.

Very clean, kitchen was well equipped. Laundry was excellent. Towels were a little scratchy. After the first day, we noticed water on the floor underneath the dishwasher. We notified the host. They came out and determined there was a leak underneath the sink.. I’m assuming they eventually fixed it being that we checked out the day after.

Property was lovely very clean and very roomy. It was well supplied in the kitchen . The two decks one covered and one not are beautiful if it’s not too hot to go out there.It’s a pretty easy walk to the beach as well. Overall, it was a great property.

We love the location of the cottage unfortunately the neighbors next door were very loud and disruptive there was also construction going on two doors down a lot of contractors coming and going. Getting through the front gate to get our pass took over 20 minutes in line which was ridiculous and very frustrating. The cottage itself was well stocked with everything we needed and was comfortable. We were here to celebrate our anniversary and would visit the island again 🙂

Perfect location for family beach vacation

Wonderful private location on a quiet street with a quick walk to the beach. Adjacent to a pond with a nice forest view and relaxing night time sounds. Two full bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Great location close to the beach. Poor internet service but Vacasa personnel were very responsive and did their best to restore service.

Location Location Location

We’ve gone to Kiawah for years but this was our first trip to this property. It’s a short few minute walk to the beach or a 30 second bike ride. The house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation; updated kitchen and baths, comfy furniture, good WiFi. And the price was unbeatable, especially considering the location.

This cottage is very cozy. Our go to hang out was on the porch. It is quiet and the property is clean. I also like the fact that the streets are clean. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Kiawh Christmas

A new cottage for an annual Kiawah Christmas trip. Listing info is accurate. Positives: charming interior, about 50 yards from beach entrance, clean and well equipped, quiet neighborhood, great shower and hot water, plenty of space. Other: a bit dark inside due to tree canopy and a 10 diget entry code. Overall very satisfied.
