Spend quiet afternoons chatting or reading in the sunny first living area. Plush seating includes a sofa, a love seat, and an armchair. Snuggle on the large sectional in the second living area and watch favorite shows on the 46-inch TV. A desk by the window offers space to check emails or write postcards. Indulge your inner gourmet chef in the sparkling kitchen. Spacious granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances offer upscale utility. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four. When it’s time to eat, share island-inspired meals around the table for four in the dining area.

The peaceful primary bedroom includes a California king bed and a 32-inch TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. You’ll find quiet privacy in the second and third bedrooms, each of which is outfitted with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious fourth bedroom provides plenty of space to socialize. Serve beverages at the wet bar with a mini-fridge, then relax in the plush seating area. Watch favorite shows on the 37” TV. When it’s time to sleep, pull down the two twin Murphy beds. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Nice location!

Great location. Brach 200 feet away. House confition could have been kept up a bit bettet. Refused late checkout even for a fee. Overall nice trip!

low maintance

well everything was not working, pool no heat, outdoor furniture was dangerous, dishwasher did not work, no hot water in kitchen sink, I can go on and on. The place was in a great location and the house was nice. Bug issues in kitchen drawers bothered us.

Fraudulent listing

#1- We specifically rented this home for the heated pool. When we called to get the pool warm for our arrival,,we were told the pool could not be heated until it was 65. When it got to 65 we called to get it turned on, and then we were told it had to be above 85! I believe as well as did the maintenance man, that the heater probably doesn’t work and the owner pretends it does. It’s very old, and in poor shape and leaks badly. Why does anyone heat a pool at 85!? (This situation was actually a very long, drawn out one, but we’re trying to simplify it here. ) #2 We lost control of the upstairs thermostat on day 2, Tuesday. We called at 7 am Wednesday because it was so hot (85!)and asked that someone come out and also fix the drain in the tub and a sink. They said they’d call us back when they heard back from someone. We came back from the beach about 1 pm to find the maintenance man standing in the yard on the phone to Vacasa. He said he had already been in the house but thought he heard someone upstairs and came back out. He said he was told we’d ok’d anyone to just go on in. We had NEVER given our permission to allow anyone in, nor had Vacasa tried to call us back. Everyone’s personal stuff, purses, and wallet’s were all sitting out there while we were at the beach! Besides having someone in our house without our knowledge or permission, he wasn’t allowed to have the 4 digit pin needed to get the thermostat going again. We had no thermostat for over 48 hours. No call back either. Communication with the owner and Vacasa was terrible! #3- it’s listed as having 3 King beds. Another fraudulent statement. 2 beds are actually Twin beds shoved together! And cheap, very squeaky ones at that. #4-There are cameras everywhere! No privacy if you’re anywhere outside, including cameras on the rooftop deck . Beware, you’re being watched! #5-The upstairs deck chairs, and lounge chairs are in bad shape. There is mold and rips on most of them. There are also 3 old, nasty, rugs on the rooftop deck. Not very attractive. #6-The only room with a ensuite has a very small ( about 24”) sink and a cheap shower curtain. It’s a very tiny room. Hardly the” Upscale furnishings” they stated. #7-The place just wasn’t very clean. Plus, you’ll find a few Roaches every day. We were very disappointed to say the least.

We could not figure out how to access the Roku stick for the downstairs TV so we couldn’t use it the entire time. Is cable not an option.?

Lack of humanity, stay elsewhere

I booked this property for a family vacation that unfortunately we could not take. My father in law passed away and everyone who was supposed to travel to Florida, instead traveled to Massachusetts for funeral services. We explained the situation and asked the owner/property manager if it would be possible to change our rental dates to 2023. We received a cold response stating ‘no’ and that ‘death is not an acceptable reason for reschedule’. There are so many beautiful rental properties. Do yourself a favor and pick a different one. Do not work with VACASA property managers.

Quick St. Pete wedding getaway

Property was very roomie, right across the street from beach parking lot. Street was fairly quiet as we were almost to the end of the island. Kitchen was adequate. No ice machine or trays. Upstairs deck/rooftop was relaxing. Biggest complaint was the internet speed-severely lacking which caused issues with TV service and internet access. Front 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom with very poor water pressure. Otherwise, a great rental.

Great Beach House

My group and I had an overall positive experience at this beach house! We initially had questions before checking in and it did take hours on the phone to get past customer support and talk to an actual property manager, but once we got in touch she was extremely helpful and kind. The house itself was very clean, but we saw 1-2 roaches a day. I’m sure it’s expected near the beach, but it was a bit frustrating anticipating when you were going to see another. Other than that everything was clean. The only other issue we had was with the water pressure. Some of the bathroom sinks seemed to barely dribble out water and one of the toilets wouldn’t flush every time until the water had built back up in the tank. Other than these few things, the property was in an awesome location. The top deck was unbeatable, and it was nice having our own pool.

St Pete’s

We had difficulties getting into the unit. It did get fixed. The AC upstairs never worked. The dish washer has a broken piece. The knives were really bad no peeler the one there is horrible. No containers to store left overs in. Pool was very dirty. Some outdoor furniture ripped. Location great. Lots of room. Very clean other than pool

Pretty Cool Spot to Chill

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found this place on VRBO of course and loved the location. Was out there for a wedding and this place was very central to where we needed to be. The place is larger than expected with a great upstairs fun room with outdoor rooftop area with great views of the gulf. Had a few hiccups upon getting there but it was all rectified by their very communicative management company. The home had every amenity needed and would definitely recommend this home for a short or long vacation. Oh and it has a pool as well so that was a nice addition. Great place!

Excited then frustrated

The cleanliness to the naked eye is fine but the remotes, vents, small details - very unsanitary. The rules do state only 8 occupants which is understand but when we received the final check in details, we learned no one is even allowed to visit. So if you have friends in the area that may stop by to say hi, choose elsewhere. Feels like your treated like a teenager looking to have a house party. Toilets run - keeps you up all night if your a light sleeper. And the showers drain very, very slow. Lastly, cockroaches are present so don’t leave your bags on the floor. Beautiful home otherwise, nice area, very small pool!! Don’t do heating - costly and don’t even notice any warm up.

Summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home and great location. Some of the plastic dishes need to be replaced in the kitchen, they are very old. The washing machine barely spins and a kitchen cabinet fell off during our stay. The upstairs TV was broken but was replaced when we made a call. Other than that, Turnkey has great customer service. The house is neat and clean, very comfortable stay.

Perfect Getaway

The property is steps from the beach and on the end loop of the main road making traffic minimal. Easy to walk or Uber to nearby restaurants and bars.

Sunset Beach

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Beach! It was perfect for our group of 7, 4 adults and 3 teenage girls. The girls look over the upstairs and loved the rooftop deck. Location to the beach was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again.

Annual Family Beach Trip

This property was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed. The property itself was beautiful and the location was perfect!!!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Great!

The house was adorable and so close to the beach which we loved. It was spacious and super easy to access. I wish we could have been able to lower the thermostat below 71, it was so hot and humid. Some things in the house could use an update- we needed things like scissors-and be a little more clean (ants in the front bedroom on the bed and by the bedside) but overall it was sufficient for what we needed

Great location and nice property

The house is so close to the beach, which was perfect for our group of 8. We had 4 kids so return trips to the house for food or bathroom was easy and quick. We had trouble getting one of the TVs to work and they responded quickly and were very helpful. House was clean and fit us perfectly. The pool is on the smaller side but is private and fit our needs fine. The kids are 13, 11, 7, and 4. If we had four teens it would’ve been tight. I highly recommend going an hour and a half north to crystal river and doing a manatee tour. We swam with manatees in the wild and it was an amazing experience.

Great family vacation

I spent a week here with my wife and 3 kids (ages 3-23) and could not have asked for a better place for our vacation. The property was terrific and is much bigger than it appears in pictures. We all loved the pool, the rooftop deck, and the super easy access to the beach. Everything seemed new, clean, and up-to-date. The management company, Turnkey Vacation Rentals, was very responsive to any questions and very easy to work with.

Great location, house needs some updating

Although clean on arrival, there needs to be more time spent on the little things...lightbulbs and remote batteries missing, no extra towels, limited kitchen tools (for the cooks out there). Dishwasher was not cleaning, one shower was clogged and a toilet not flushing. Property mgmt responded promptly, but a part needed to be ordered for the dishwasher to work. I had to request paper products (was NOT washing dishes on vacation)! The location is great, the pool is a nice amenity and the roof top view is amazing ! Overall it’s above average, but I would suggest more time spent to go over the house better between renters . And if you are a renter, please let them know when things are not working. I feel sure the dishwasher was already broken as evidence of dirty dishes in the cabinets :(

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no problems with the door code, except we couldn't reprogram a 4 digit code. The place was clean and just as described. We loved it. It had plenty of outdoor spaces to get into or out of the sun, depending on your preference. Everything worked well except the outdoor grill which the Turnkey staff replaced in a day! Across the street from the beach, a short drive to restaurants.
