As a person who understands surveys and ratings. I would prefer to give a 8 out of ten, still a promoter of this property. View and location to the beach 10. Central air in our world is not 2 wall units, one of which struggles to get to 74. Pool being unavailable and apparently not being worked on and fish smell in the eating area effects a 5 or of 5 or in this review or a 10 out of 10. Would stay again. Very serene beach area.

The listing stated a private pool was available however the pool was closed during our entire stay. Although this was NOT the fault of the condo owner, it was disappointing. This location was great. We were right on the beach! Amazing sunset views & perfect couple getaway!

There was no host, but met a lot of people that were sooo pleasant. Thank you so much for the beautifully clean stay! The view was amazing and recliners and bed were super comfy! Very well maintained Grounds! We would definitely consider another stay!

This was the perfect little place directly on the beach with an ocean view from the ‘dining room/living room’ . Perfect for a short couples stay!

Great location right on the beach with private access to the beach. This is a complex of 16 units in a quiet neighborhood. The other renters were from all over the US and were friendly and fun to visit with. Parking was onsite and easy. Plenty of outside areas to relax. The unit was as pictured, comfy for 2 people. Well stocked with items needed inside the unit and with items needed for the beach. Comfortable recliners. Beautiful views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets!

Pool prominently featured in property description was closed by the local health dept. Slow response from host. Canned response re 4 week closure. Window AC noise disrupted sleep in BR and TV viewing in main room. Parking pass laminated and waiting in condo (thankfully, printing NOT required as suggested in VRBO e-mail discovered enroute). Facility is old but clean. Beach access is easy. Bellair Beach is great. Cannot recommend this lodging.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau Condominiums on Belleair Beach! The condo was nicely set up and had an amazing view of the Gulf!!

Woderful stay!! This location is great!!

This is a wonderful place to stay for two!! We had a great time and the beach is beautiful!! We had a small issue and management handled it professionally and quickly. If you want a get away this is the one!!

Condo is small and not fancy but we weren't there for the condo.

This place was perfect. Just what we were looking for a low key quiet place to relax and spend our days on the beach. The pool was also very nice.

We were blown away by the view.

We had a great time at this place, it is ON the beach and was very cozy, clean, and relaxing. We were treated with spectacular sunsets every evening. I would stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
