The Space:

Step into beach-chic style at this Madeira Del Mar condo, a light and airy beachside retreat with calming cool tones that flow throughout the open floorplan. Enjoy a spacious private balcony - perfect for basking in the balmy Gulf breezes. Or unwind into vacation mode in the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV.



The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Added perks include both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Comfort awaits in two primary suites (one with balcony access) and an additional well-appointed bedroom, each with a smart TV and USB charger. A computer monitor and HDMI hookup are perfect for working remotely.



Madeira Del Mar is a newly built condominium, offering an outdoor swimming pool and the emerald Gulf beachfront, just across the street. The shared pool is heated seasonally during the winter months only.

Everything was great. Clean, spacious, pet-friendly, just perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, ice cream, it was perfect. The pool was awesome also.

We had a great experience at the property. The host responded quickly to our few questions. The unit was clean and well appointed. We had more than enough room and accommodations for our family of 6. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils for our cooking needs. The bathrooms were very nice, especially the master bath with the rain shower. Although we brought our own things for the beach, there was a very nice beach cart, a kayak, and plenty of beach toys for kids. We all loved it! Highly recommended!!

Check in and out was easy. The condo was very clean. The furnishings were beautiful with comfortable beds. There was a lack of communication with property management regarding the pool being closed due to pool deck re-sealing. This was a huge disappointment due to not having access to the pool for a few days of our stay. I would have booked elsewhere if the listing description shared this information in advance.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, kitchen well-equipped. Pool area was spotless. Major issue was with TVs: they could not obtain or retain signal for more than a minute, so we had no TV service for our entire 4-night stay, during March Madness to boot! We contacted property manager on arrival and were promised resolution which never occurred over the next 4 days,with continued promises and no action.

Beautiful

The place was exactly as pictured. Nice location. Lots of space and the three bathrooms was a great bonus. Check in was easy and everything we needed was close by from supermarket to bar to dining. All in all a great stay.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything you need for a great stay. The property location was close to a grocery store and the beach and was a great place to bring a dog.

I reserved this property for out of town guests attending my daughters wedding. Our guests said it was very comfortable and thought the house was perfect.

Overall, our stay was good, but the property was not as clean or as presentable as it was described in the listing.The shower heads in the front bathroom need to be cleaned, as there was very little water pressure. We also found hair left in the drains, and the shower doors had not been cleaned properly.Some of the dishes were still dirty, appearing to have been hand-washed but not thoroughly cleaned. There were also plastic bowls with a strong food/marinade smell that had transferred to the pans, lids, and other kitchen items. The odor was quite unpleasant and made some of the cookware difficult to use.The bed in the back bedroom also needs attention. The mattress was noticeably sinking, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on, especially for the number of nights we stayed.For eight people staying for a full week, we also felt the amount of paper products provided was inadequate. Only two rolls of paper towels and a limited amount of toilet paper were provided, requiring us to purchase additional supplies.While we did enjoy our stay overall, the cleanliness, condition, and presentation of the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing. A more thorough cleaning, better-maintained furnishings, and adequate supplies would make a significant difference for future guests.

Would definitely recommend

This property was exactly as I had hoped it would be. Plenty big for my family trip, including me and my spouse, our three kids and their grandparents. The home was very lovely, all brand new, and with every amenity you could hope for (except maybe a beach umbrella). It's about a block and a half to a very lovely, expansive beach. You do have to cross a very busy street to get there, but there are LOADS of safe, crosswalk, places to get to the beach. The only thing you really need to bring is your own toiletries! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful property, very close to beach

A beautiful property located less than a 5 minute walk to an amazing beach! the place was literally spotless when we arrived. The home is amazing, open and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are big and each has its own very nice bathroom. The kitchen is open, beautiful and fully stocked. with very nice dishes, pots, pans, etc... There is a new beach caddy with several nice beach chairs and a few items the kids enjoyed at the beach. The beach is a very short walk and beautiful. Clean white sand and a beautiful beach to swim, play and watch amazing sunsets. We love the house and the area. Hope to come back again
