The place was in a beautiful location, close to some wonderful restaurants very clean and well kept. Hosts were extremely attentive and answered all questions expeditiously. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need.

With the exception of having a little problem with the air conditioning the first day, this was the perfect place and a great location for a family event on Tierra Verde. Our cooling system problem was taken care of within the first 24 hours and communication with Casago was great. The property, grounds, and pool were beautiful, clean and well maintained. The condo was stocked with everything you might need for an extended stay. We only found one beach chair and it was broken when we tried to use it, but discovered another one in the front bedroom closet on the day we left! Also, a box of tissue in each bathroom would have been nice! Would most definitely book this condo again.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed this property! It was quiet and easy to get to when we went out and about. I would stay there again.

Great condo

Property was clean and decor was nicely updated. There is not a water view but we love driving down to ft desoto beach or taking the boat out so that wasn’t a big deal to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased and comfortable with our condo!

We are very happy with our choice to stay at Terra Verde. Our condo was very comfortable and homey. The entire set up was located close to everything and had so much to offer. We had a great time!!

Lovely Location

We love this property! Close to St Pete Beach, St. Petersburg and Fort De Soto. We used the tennis courts, pool and the multi use trail out to Fort De Soto. Property is clean and updated nicely. Nice quiet location to relax.

We're Locals in Need of a Short-term Stay

We live about a mile from this apartment and we needed a place to stay for about a week while we move out of the house. This apartment was perfect for us. The only criticism I have is that the living room TV is tiny. Otherwise, this was a comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful spot out of the rush

The condo was very clean and had everything you need. It's located close enough to the wild night life if you have a car. It's a very peaceful setting. The pool area was also very clean and had few people there. The bathrooms at the pool were the only thing that really need some attention. They weren't clean and are in ill repair.
