Step inside to a bright, tastefully decorated living space that flows into a fully equipped galley kitchen featuring updated appliances and breezy coastal vibes. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, en suite bathroom, and beautiful tropical views, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the private back deck — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

After a day of adventure, unwind with the smart TV in the living room or the flat-screen TV in the primary bedroom.

Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near the water and marina, this home is perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Palma Sola Bay Kayak Rentals is just two blocks away, and the historic Cortez Fishing Village is minutes from your door. Cross the Cortez Bridge onto Anna Maria Island and you’ll reach the stunning Gulf beaches in no time. Once on the island, hop aboard the free Anna Maria trolley for easy access to local shopping, dining, and attractions.

This was a clean, very large apartment and we all had plenty of room to hang out and lots of privacy.The outdoor deck was great too!

This property is perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay, truly a home away from home. Candy was incredibly kind, and everything was very organized with clear instructions from the beginning. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.The location is excellent, very close to Anna Maria Island as well as supermarkets and other conveniences.My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Cute place!

Decor is awesome! Makes you feel right at home! Great location to AMI, the Clam Factory, the Cortez Kitchen and of course the beaches! Definitely worth getting a golf cart to get you around!

Great Getaway!

We recently spent 2 weeks at Kapok. The house was very comfy, clean, well equipped for cooking, centrally located to places we wanted to visit, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Doug and Candy were there for us if we had any questions or needed anything.

Cozy weekend at the beach.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. So many interesting photos and books. The layout of the apartment was comfortable, spacious and cosy at the same time. Very quiet area. Very close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and easy.

Summer vacay

We were not aware that location was overlooking a trailer park, but it was safe, quiet and clean. The decor was utterly charming with nice ammenities and location was very convenient to Anna Maria Island. After a montary glitch tegarding parking, the owner was quite friendly.

Loved the unique decorations of the unit. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could want. The flowers on the balcony and in the garden gave a cared for homey feel
