Expansive decks and patios, a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor room, two primary suites and three fireplaces invite year-round alpine living- just 20 minutes to Winter Park and 30 to Grand Lake, yet utterly private and breathtaking. We spent the past 6 years thoughtfully designing every last detail and are excited to share our dream home with you!

Perched high above a forested slope, the property feels like it’s floating above the valley. Every space was carefully designed to showcase the panoramic mountain views, with clean architecture, custom furnishings, and natural materials sourced from around the world. Our goal was to create something luxurious yet welcoming - a place where guests can enjoy high-end comfort without losing the warmth and simplicity that make a mountain home feel real.

We were drawn to Winter Park Highlands because it offers the best of both worlds. It’s close to everything we love — Winter Park to the south, Grand Lake to the north — yet the moment you arrive, it feels peaceful, private, and connected to nature.
The spacious lots, dirt roads, and surrounding forest make the neighborhood feel like a true mountain hideaway. Wildlife visits are a regular part of life here, and that constant interaction with nature is a big part of why this place means so much to us.
