Anyone looking for the most awesome rental, look no further. I've stayed at many and this home, the location and the beautiful sunsets are stunning. Place was immaculate and host had everything you need so don't pack alot. Host was tge best ever. Kids fished right off deck catching lots. The home is close to awesome restaurants, ice creme parlors amd fast foid restaurants so... can't say enough except book this home if you want the best vrbo experience in maine area.

This was our second time staying here. Beautiful location on the river. Our dogs could walk in for a swim whenever they wanted. Nice area for fishing. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch reading a book with a refreshing breeze blowing. Mike is very nice and pleasant to talk with. We plan on staying here again.

Mike is a great host! If you're looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place! I only wish I had more time to spend here. I stay while I am traveling for work.

Mike and Benji were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We immediately felt right at home. The cabin is super comfortable but rustic enough to feel like we “got away” for the weekend. We will definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful cabin located on the Penobscot River. Mike is a great host, and this cabin is super clean! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Easy to acces, yet private. Host was friendly, lives in similar cabin nearby if needs arrise. Warm and cozy and nice views of the river.

We travel for business but dont always have our little dogs with us. But this trip we had to take them with us. So we searched for a place that was dog friendly. When I say we found the perfect place, it would be an understatement. We couldnt have asked for a better rental. Highly recommended to anyone coning to this area. Thanks again to the owner, it was perfect! See you next year!!

This small cabin by the water was a perfect weekend retreat for our family. The rustic feeling of the cabin and the prime location of the property provided a beautiful experience and an easy trip! Inside the cabin is cozy and clean, outside the property offers great water access. We look forward to future stays and adventures spent canoeing on the Penobscot River!

The cabin owner Mike lives next door and he was super nice and accommodating. He had the refrigerator stocked with plenty of bottled drinking water, and a fire ring stacked with wood and ready to light before we arrived. The cabin is rustic but very well stocked with everything you would need and had a washer and dryer, heat AND air conditioning, TVs/dvd, a nice gas grill, and picnic table on the shore. We liked the tasteful Maine cabin decorMOST of all, the view of the Penobscot is amazing. The property goes right to the shore and is easily accessible. Mike let us use his kayaks and the river is perfect for very easy kayaking and the scenery is spectacular. The stairs to the loft are very steep but ok for teens and young people. Not good for older people or little kids. The location is perfect—right off I-95 and five minutes to Lincoln, a nice town with everything you would want…restaurants, groceries, wal-mart, shops, and nice lakefront. There is a bridge near to the property (not obtrusive to me), and it still feels you are “out in Maine.” We did not hear any road noise on the cabin. We had a great stay and hope to return on our next trip.
