Very close to the beach access and the fenced backyard was great for our lab. The bathroom could use brighter light.

This place was the perfect size for our family of 4! Super close to beach access and very affordable. There are not a lot of dishes to cook with but so many restaurants to choose from, you will not go hungry, and a lot are within walking distance. The only issue I had was the hot water, it was luke warm at best about 90% of the time. My husband and I had a great time and our teenagers were, well teenagers! Would definitely stay again!

Place for sale but minor repairs needed and some property clean up so doesn't look kinda shabby in the front. Would have been nice to have at least chairs in the nice back yard to sit, however did have 2 heavy ones on front porch. Lighting could be improved in couple places since pretty dark especially in bathroom. Little things like no batteries in remote, rugs that don't slide for safety reasons, etc.could help. Older than pictures look but was very clean and nice location.

Great place!

This was a great little property. Exactly as described and the perfect space for a quick beach trip for our family of four and our dog. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the backyard was such a nice feature with the dog.

Great place!

We loved toes in the sand! Close to the beach, walking distance! Very quaint and our doggies loved it! Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Great experience

Great stay with the puppies. My wife and I and my in laws rented both sides and had a great experience. Highly recommend for a laid back getaway.

Cute as a Button!

Very quick and easy stroll to beach access. Amenities and size perfect for small family or a couple. Really enjoyed our stay, and would love to rent out both A/B Units together in the future and bring the whole family and the dogs!

Clean and Quiet

Cute place for a beach weekend. Very clean and bed slept wonderful. Had all the items needed for a weekend stay. So many close food eats and shops.

Get Away

Property was good, it had everything we needed. Loved the fenced in yard my dog loved it. It was a good feeling to know that I could let him out in the back and not have to worry about him wandering off. Would stay again without a doubt. I have never seen a sink as small as the one in the bathroom but we managed.

Great place to stay!

Our family (and dog!) really enjoyed this place. Very clean and comfortable. It’s an easy 5-minute stroll to the beach. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and cooking tools. The dog bowls were a nice touch, and we appreciated the fenced backyard. The drawbacks include a single shared bathroom, no dishwasher, and no washer/dryer. But for our smallish group who stayed for three nights, none of these were issues. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect for Us and our Fur Babies

We had an older dog that could not do steps and this place was perfect for him. He could get in and out, easily go to the fenced in area, and walk with us to the beach. Our younger dog loved having a back yard and being on the beach. My husband I were able to relax without worrying about the dogs. Will be returning to Atlantic beach and hope this is available.

Nice little place

Cleanliness could have been a little better. Location excellent. Not enough towels for us for the time stayed. No washer or dryer but we knew that in advance. That would have been nice!
