Fall Break

Great house - very clean - big family week - perfect bedroom set up - heated pool - clean beach - good times had by all - even my overbearing sister loved it !!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful week at Scotch Bonnet Sunset. The home was clean and the beds were made upon arrival. It was great that each room had its own bathroom and there were plenty of towels. We loved the views from the top floor and deck and the kids loved playing in the pool when they were tired from the beach. There were lots of puzzles and games and most everything you could need as far as small appliances. All in all a great week and we’ll be back for sure!

wonderful

the beach, the pool, the house...so wonderful. Owner was there when I arrived. Had difficulty in using the keypad. He was so helpful. He handed me his business card and told me to call if I had any problems. Pool and hot tub were cleaned twice while we were there. All the time sparkling water. Extra refrigerators, two stoves, 2 dishwashers were all a plus. Had a problem with the kitchen sink running slow, addressed immediately. The owner and his staff were right on with attention to any concerns. We were there over the 4th of July, fireworks fantastic. This was a wonderful family vacation.

Scotch Bonnett

The house was nice. Garage area not clean at all. Kitchen was great with lots of counter space and well equipped for cooking for a large group. I was disappointed to have to purchase a “linen package” for a large luxury house such as this. We had trouble with the code getting into the house. We called and were given 3 different codes, none of which worked. A maintenance worker came by while we were waiting and let us in but we never had a working code and therefore could not lock the door when we left. Also, I had paid extra for pool heat knowing it would be cold this early in the season. The pool was NOT heated, it was freezing! I tried reaching the office 2 days in a row and was on hold long periods of time each day. I even called the office yesterday after returning home and sat on hold for 20 minutes and then left my number for a return call which I still haven’t received. Very disappointing!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we're pleased that you thought our home was nice and the kitchen well-equipped. That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. The garage has been fixed and we are no longer asking guests to purchase linen packages for this home and we regret any inconvenience. Additionally, the heat for the pool required some maintenance and we hope that the compensation you received helped alleviate some of your frustration. We sincerely apologize for the disconnect in service you experienced when communicating with our team and we shared your comments with the local manager for follow up. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
