Welcome to Gray Pearl!

Located just a few blocks from the heart of Surf City this third-row home, is beautifully decorated and offers fantastic views from any of the four decks or screened-in porch. You can see the beach access from both of the ocean-view decks and getting to the beach is as simple as walking one block!

Inside the home, you'll find the entryway has enough room to store all your beach gear so you can grab your boogie boards and head out the door to the beach! You'll love getting a long and rejuvenating sleep in one of the four well-appointed bedrooms. The first level is home to three bedrooms, a screened porch, and two decks. Upstairs you will find a spacious, open-concept living area that includes the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The living room is filled with wonderful custom furniture and accessories. Two blue sofas and a chair are available for lounging. The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare nightly meals. The dining room sits in a wonderful glass alcove and you can serve your dinner guests at the table with seating for eight beneath the custom chandelier. A large laundry room is also on this level and is located off the kitchen. The sliding glass doors lead you outside to the upper ocean view deck, the perfect place to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning. Relax on the colorful deck furniture in the warm Carolina sun or enjoy a relaxing evening in the private hot tub available on the ground level!!

Soundside Park and Kenneth D. Batts Family Park both less than two miles from the home, and the Surf City Pier is only a half mile away! This home is conveniently close to shopping, dining, and activities, so you'll always have something fun to do during your stay.

Great rental

We had a great vacation at this rental! House was very clean and had just a short walk to the public beach access. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and close to beach!

Very close walk to beach access, neighbors were non existent and area was surprisingly quiet. Close/walkable to many shops etc. great views from top deck, could see ocean conditions before departing for the beach.

The bones of this house are good as well as the layout. Great for families and close to the beach. More attention to maintenance and cleaning required!

Great beach week

The house was in very good condition. Kitchen was adequate enough to cook several meals. There was a charcoal grill and had to figure out timing to get charcoal ready but did have some great meals on it. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off after the beach, especially before jumping in hot tub. The bedrooms were very comfy and cozy. Plenty of extra blankets and extra pillows. Having linens provides was very helpful. We were at beach in under 5 minutes. We will be returning for sure.
