Lovely house with large windows overlooking the sound. High ceilings and expansive decks were a plus. And best of all comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddlleboards to use, and a lovely outdoor shower! Gas grill and well stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Loved coming back to gorgeous sunsets after days on the beach. Highly recommended.

Great family location

We loved the deck and access to the kayaks and SUP. The outdoor shower was great for after beach cleanup.

Great Rental

Loved this rental. The views are amazing and my husband and boys loved crabbing on the dock. Being outside was so serene!

Nice area and the property had everything you need to ejoy a vacation.

Beautiful area and scenery. The home is a little dated and some areas could be cleaner but it has a wonderful dock, plenty of room for a family and all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. We enjoyed our time there together.

Beautiful Breezy Views

Our family of 6 absolutely loved this house. It has an older OBX feel to it, but it was very clean and comfortable. Our teens loved that the house came equipped with paddle boards and kayaks. The views of the water paired with non stop breezes was top tier. We would absolutely visit again!

Long Weekend

We came down for a long week had an awesome time loved the location and the views. This house feels like a home very cozy and comfortable.

Family vacation

House was nice size. The dock was awesome we spent tons of time out there. Neighborhood was quiet, great for walks in the evening to see the sunset.

House could use a little updating and the condensation drips from the vent in the master bathroom. Otherwise it was very clean and the perfect place. Having the use of kayaks and SUP’s were a great bonus! I would stay here again

We loved this location! We will be back to rent this location or near! Love the kayaks, we had a perfect day to go out on them! Love the new deck looking over the bay.

Amazing view

The view/location is amazing, we had a great time, it was great having kayaks and stand up paddle boards to use. Unfortunately the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes when we arrived, but other than that all else was fine.

Great spring break choice!

This home was awesome! The location could not be better. Beautiful views, the dock was amazing! The house is dated, we thought it gave it a ton of personality! Plenty of room, and it has all the amenities… even some that are not listed. We will be back!

Awesome House

The layout of the house is cozy with an open floor plan. It was perfect for us. The house might have been one of the cleanest houses we have stayed at in the OBX. The house was well maintained. The dock was very nice as well. The seating was comfortable. We also enjoyed the open views on the water side.

Home away from home

I have stayed in many homes on Hatteras Island. This is the first one that felt homey and comfortable. The living room area was a great cozy gathering area. The kitchen was functional. I was able to actually cook all the meals. The grill outside was perfect! The views are wonderful. It is a perfect little piece of the island. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Amazing value

This was an incredible value. Yes the property looks a little outdated in the pictures but it shows much better in real life and has a lot of charm. Being on the water was magical and the views gorgeous. The management company was excellent and super responsive. We stayed as a family of 5 and everyone loved it equally as much.

Incredible views

If you are looking for incredible views from every window then look no further. If the most updated home with lots of amenities is what you want, then I wouldn't recommend this place.
