Summer getaway

Great location! Within walking distance to everything - restaurants, shopping, rodeo, tubing, biking! Loved our visit and would stay here again!

Great location

The property’s location was amazing. Walk out the door to the Main Street for shopping and restaurants in just a minute. We had a great time!

Family Vacation

Lovely condo in a fabulous location. It was so clean, lovely decor, and had plenty of room for 6 plus people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable home away from home.

Everything was as described in the listing. Great location downtown. All information needed for check in/check out was made available upfront in a concise and professional manner. Fast communication from management was very helpful.

Centrally Located Family Trip

We were in town for a family event and the condo was perfectly located in the middle of town. We walked to most of our destinations for coffee, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The on-site parking space also made it easy for quick runs to other activities in town.

Perfect Location and accommodations!

We loved the place! Great location to enjoy all that downtown Steamboat Springs offers - restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment! We loved the convenience of the free shuttle to get to the ski resort for a day of skiing and evening events like sunset happy hour and free concerts! What a fun place to visit! The condo was very comfortable for our group of three. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few evenings that we stayed in and cooked. Very clean and the beds were super comfy!

Great place!

Loved the location of being right down town. It can be a little loud at night sometimes but it didn't really bother us.

Perfect Location

Very nice property in a perfect location. This is in the center of the downtown steam boat area. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, & shops. Beautiful scenic views. Had minor issues with the TVs and refrigerator but would definitely stay there again.

Steamboat Winter festival

What a perfect location for this condo. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. The winter festival was one block up to see all the fun activities on the Main Street. The beds are super comfortable and the place was super cozy. The fireplace was a treat to get nice a warm. We will for sure stay here again next winter.

Great Location, too Automated

Property was good, great bedding, well stocked kitchen with some spices etc. Good furnishings. Location was good. Easy walking to all services, especially restaurants. Be aware the unit has no AC. Temps were in mid 80s and fans were not sufficient. Communications not personal, too automated. No welcome guide or printed instructions. Would book again.

A couple of things: the exhaust fan in the master bath needs to be replaced. The refrigerator does not adequately keep things cold (freezer works fine) and needs maintenance or replacement

Great location. Could use updating.

We enjoyed our unit. It was comfortable and close to everything. Cleanliness was an issue. The carpets are worn and dirty and floors were filthy. Our feet and socks were black just walking through the house. My clothes got dirty from hanging in the closet where a fan was stored. It was filthy. Keypad on the side entrance didn’t lock so had to walk all the way around each time we left the property. Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice.

A Little Disappointed

Unit was listed as having air conditioning and there was none. Additionally, while we knew from the photos that the unit was small, it is dark and dreary, and the living space provided uncomfortable furniture. The rugs are stained and worn. There was no mattress pad on the master bedroom bed. This is unsanitary for a rental. The bath towels were cheap and small. The real redeeming quality of the unit is the location in downtown Steamboat with parking.
