Perfect stay in downtown Steamboat! The condo offers incredibly easy access to local restaurants, parks, and skiing. The space itself is absolutely lovely, and the host provided excellent, proactive communication at every point during our visit. Highly recommend!

Awesome location steps from everything downtown, clean property, well equipped. Good soundproofing but in a loud area right above restaurants and can hear all the street noise. Nice to have an assigned garage parking spot!

Amazing place - very spacious! Check-in was a little lengthy with detailed instructions. Would have been nice to have the information a few days before so we were more prepared with garage parking and entry code. Had a great time and highly recommend. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds!

We absolutely loved the condo and the location! The condo was very very nice and it was a great arrangement for two couples or a family of 4. The close by restaurants were absolutely awesome as well as the wine bar just around the corner. Steamboat Springs was a great place to stay. This was an exploratory trip for us because I had never been here. I am planning a big family reunion next year and I wanted to see if I made the right decision. AND I DID!! We hired a chef and everyone we met has been there for a very long time! So looking forward to next year! This was a wonderful place to stay…thank you so very much!

Great property! Clean and spacious. Centrally located right in the middle of the main shopping and dining area of town. Everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. Central air conditioning and heating, and an indoor parking garage with one assigned parking spot. After you complete the reservation the owner sends a very detailed email explaining everything you need to know about getting checked in, including videos of the parts that might be confusing. The property is on the second floor with a nice private balcony. It is one block off of the Main Street, facing away from there and facing the bunny slopes and ski jump ramps a short distance away. So it doesn’t get any noise from the main street, but there is some street noise from the street below. Great place and location.

Our experience was exceptional and we’ll be returning to this property in a few weeks! Great directions and instructions and excellent communication throughout our stay. We walked to business meetings and restaurants easily. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Property in SteamboatThe photos don't do this place justice. What comes through in the listing is nice enough, but the reality is considerably better—the finishes are more refined, the flow of the space works better than you'd expect, and everything is genuinely well-maintained. This is the kind of rental where the owners clearly care about the actual experience of staying there.The location is the real standout. You're close enough to everything that nothing requires a drive, but far enough removed that it actually feels peaceful. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily, but also step outside and be in a genuinely quiet space. That balance is harder to find than it should be. Don't miss the saturday farmers market right outside your door. Easy walk to great restaurants like Laundry, Creekside, and Meatbar. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The layout gives you privacy without feeling cramped, even with a full group. Little details matter here—good water pressure, reliable wifi, adequate seating for hanging out together or retreating separately.This is a property that delivers on what vacation rentals promise to be. Highly recommended for Steamboat.

We would certainly stay here again. The condo and building are pretty must as they appear in the photos. We were able to watch the Olympics and enjoyed the view.Like anywhere, there a handful of items that the owner/management company could inexpensively replace/repair/improve.We enjoyed the location and convenience. We felt safe inside of the building and inside of the condo.

I loved my stay here! The condo is perfectly located in town, so it was easy to get to restaurants and shops, and hopping on the bus to ski was a piece of cake (we waited no more than 5 minutes each time!). The condo itself is well appointed, with good appliances and lots of pots and pans, cutlery and dishes, etc. The condo is also very nice, and the beds are very comfortable! The customer service team was super responsive when I was confused about entry codes, and they helped with any and all needs!

Spacious indeed!

The apartment was spacious as advertised and in a great location to walk around downtown and down the bike paths along the river down to the botanic gardens. Really clear check in and parking instructions. Definitely recommend staying here!

In the Heart of Steamboat Springs

Property location was fantastic. Just across the river from Howlesen Hill, with a perfect view of all the activities on that “hill, including tubing and night skiing. You are a short walk from everywhere in town, and only a 10 minute drive to Steamboat Springs Ski village. The unit itself was of the highest quality, with top notch construction (solid wood doors), functional layout, and high end furnishings. Would recommend to anyone.
