Spacious 3-bedroom lake house, sleeps 9 comfortably. A fantastic waterfront property on Eagle Mountain lake in Azle, TX offers all necessities for your convenience. Includes large living room with windows facing waterfront view. Back patio with outdoor seating and dining area. Outdoor grill & Blackstone griddle for outdoor entertaining. Private boat ramp and large waterfront pier for fishing and watercraft enjoyment (check with host about boat ramp accessibility prior to booking during low lake levels). Fire pit area with ample seating to enjoying the evenings. Located one mile from General store and full service bar /restaurant at West Bay Marina, 10 minutes from Walmart, 35 minutes from Ft Worth Stockyards, 40 minutes from DFW Airport and 26 minutes from Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge.

Very clean, well stocked, great location, great technology for access to Eagle Mountain Lake. Will try to stay there again when at this lake.

We loved the house. Very spacious and roomy and very quiet at night. The location was great for drivable access to swimming in the lake and there were multiple options. The bummer through no fault of the home owners is the water in the back was so low making it unable to go in which was one of the reasons I picked the house.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group, and the backyard overlooking the peaceful inlet of the lake was a highlight. We spent hours fishing from the private dock, and the property also features a private boat launch that's perfect for launching your pontoon boat or the kayaks they provided.It was a relaxing, worry-free getaway. The owners were very responsive and helpful, especially with questions about the property's lake access since the water level can fluctuate. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for our stay. If you’re visiting Eagle Mountain Lake, this is a great spot and we really enjoyed being right there on the lake.The only downside was that we were unable to use the private boat ramp due to the water levels, and we weren’t made aware of that until after we had already booked. I also felt there could have been clearer communication regarding guest count and additional fees. We had 6 guests total.Overall, we had a great stay and loved

This booking was made on August 11th for the stay starting on August 14th so it was a last minute booking. There was no way to make the quest aware of the water level before the booking when it was an instant booking. The quest was made aware of the water level as soon as possible on August 12th. A guest must request the max amount of guest before booking the stay so that they can be informed them of all fees. The quest alerted me after the booking of potential quest which I gave a 50% discount for the additional quest. After the stay the quest alerted me that the additional quest did not stay and I refunded the money.

The house was fully stocked with everything we could think of. Very clean and well furnished. Instructions for check in and out were clear and simple. My only problem was that I booked the house because it had a private dock with water access and after I had already paid the host informed me that the water was too low and the dock was not accessible. I was told that it was no problem because there was a marina less than 1 mile from the house that had a boat launch and slips to use overnight. When I called the marina it was 30 for each launch and 65 per night for the marina and there were no slips available.

Great guest. Everything seems to be left as per the instruction with the exception of the thermostat. It was left at 60 degrees which meant it ran for extended time before we changed it.
