Your cozy getaway awaits at FORT FORNI in Historic Placerville . Close to downtown but feels like you’re camping, minutes to Apple Hill and wineries, wedding venues. Outdoor adventures like skiing, rivers & lakes South Lake Tahoe are near by.
At this superb secluded house you’ll find a large hot tub, fire pit , bbq and deck in the backyard for you, your family and friends to enjoy under the stars.
It features 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds and 2 queen beds. A game room with pool table and dart board. This enchanting property offers a comfortable stay for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms with showers, smart tv’s in the bedrooms , a fitness room/Peleton bike, heating & AC.
Lots of boards games and outdoor space to play, basketball hoop too !! We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Excellent property just a few minutes from beautiful downtown Placerville full of quaint shops and eateries. The property was clean, functional for a family gathering. Loved the outdoor seating /deck and fire pit. Plenty of space to enjoy each other and not be cramped.

Absolutely beautiful home and property. Great location, close to town but with great privacy! The outdoor space and hot tub were our oasis on this trip. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The property was fantastic. It was conveniently located in town, yet nicely tucked away for privacy. The owner was attentive, and the house was very well maintained. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

This is an awesome house! A great kitchen, sitting area, dining room and bedrooms. Just 3 minutes away from Placerville's cute and historical downtown. Highly recommend.

House was great! Driveway was a little tricky with a long truck, but managed. It was over grown and had some branches scratch my roof. Driveway canopy should be better managed. House was a little musty when you first arrive. Bathrooms were not ideal with 3 couples, but managed for a weekend. Great spot!

Excellent place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, beds were comfortable, and the outside area is amazing. Excellent hosts very understanding and helpful. One thing to note is with 10 people, having only two bathrooms can be challenging. Not necessarily a detriment but something to note.

Property is well maintained and beautiful. The hot tub was wonderful. Great location, quick drive to stores and downtown while also feeling secluded. Wish we could have stayed a little longer! Would definitely book again if staying in the area. Christian was a great host and communicated well. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

I rented this spot for 2 nights so that my bridesmaids and I could use it as our getting ready suite for my wedding in the Apple Hill area, and it was perfect! It served as a conformtable place for my bridesmaids to sleep over the night before, a spacious and beautiful space for us to get ready with our makeup artists, hair stylist, and photographer the day of, and a secluded romantic spot for my husband and I to crash the night after. Clean, beautifully decorated, beautiful surroundings, very spacious interior. The host Christian was very accomodating when I explained what we wanted to use the space for. There was a mixup with his property manager so there was a slight delay in us getting the access code to enter the house, but Christian cleared that up and got us access relatively quickly. I would definitely recommend this listing to future guests!
