Amazing location and walking distance from anything you would ever need. Host was accommodating to our needs and we would be happy to return if we are ever back in the area!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the wedding we were attending and the reasonable price. It is an older property but clean and well kept and very comfortable. There is a kitchenette area with dishes, microwave and hot plate but no sink (need to wash everything in the bathroom sink). Plenty of guest parking.

Great Stay

Had a great stay. Wailea Grand Champions is always our preferred area to stay on Maui. Quiet and peaceful

Excellent location

Nice studio in great location that has a little more room than a standard hotel room offered at a good price. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Weilea condo

I had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly-located. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Cozy place for a brief stay

Rachel was lovely and communicative. The place was well furnished and perfect for my needs, and it’s proximity to the Shops at Wailea were a huge perk.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

Our room and the balcony were great! The whole complex is gorgeous, and the other guests, residents, and employees we met were wonderful! If you have the chance to stay here, you should do it!!

Candy’s Birthday

Perfect for our son and his wife. They had a gate pass for Elua where we are staying making it easy to all be together. Great value as well.

Good way to spend time with family

The two units provided us with enough space to be comfortable with extended family, yet allow for privacy when needed. The shower facet in the studio needs repairs.

Perfect location

This place was exactly what we were looking for! The location was perfect, quite and safe area. The walls were thin, but the neighbors were quite. Had everything we needed for the beach. Very clean studio apartment for the two of us. Also the balcony was lovely and mostly private to drink coffee and listen to the birds. Owner was also quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

lovely studio

it is a gorgeous little apartment in a chic condo park in upscale Wailea, the view from the balcony goes right into the jungle, the public swimming pools and hot tubs are amazing, to the beaches is about 5min drive and supermarkets 10-15min, we enjoyed ourselves very much hopefully coming back one day, thank you for providing such a opportunity

Great Wailea location

The location of this place was perfect for a light stroll to the beach, restaurants and shops in Wailea. The place had a very comfortable king size bed. Because it was on the second floor, we were able to leave the deck door open at night for a restful sleep. The shared patio wasn’t as private due to the dead plants in the patio divider. We would definitely consider coming to this place on our next trip to Maui.

Thanks David, and thanks for your feedback! Due to challenges with keeping the plant wall alive, we've just replaced the patio divider with a bamboo wall to resolve this issue.

Maui

Good location. Room was not very clean. I found garbage behind the nightstand, carpet was clean but stained and in need of replacing. Bathroom was adequately cleaned. Extra amenities were nice, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, cooler, beach chairs. Pool areas were nice. Booklet with instructions is in need of replacement, I don’t think it has been updated since 2017.

I'm sorry you felt the unit was not adequately cleaned. I do wish you'd contacted me about this during your stay so my cleaner could have come by and tried to rectify the issue. We do replace the area rugs regularly but unfortunately our guests are not always respectful of cleaning off sandy feet before entering and not sunscreening in the carpeted areas, as we ask in our instruction booklet. We do update the guest instructions very regularly, as the pool code changes every 6 months. I will certainly look at updating the restaurant and activity recommendations, as you suggest, though!
