We appreciate your support as small private local business owners who live on island instead of renting from a large management company.

Enjoy sunny South Maui in our lovely studio top floor condo at the award-winning Grand Champions Villas.

Our studio has been renovated with modern tropical furnishings, comfortable king bed, new bathroom, private lanai and upgraded kitchenette facilities to include a larger size fridge (with dedicated freezer), and kitchenette sink. This unit also has it's own washer/dryer. Most striking about this unit is it's affordability considering the Wailea location and the amenities included.

This rental is located walking distance to many of Maui's most pristine white sand beaches. There is a three-and-one-half-mile paved beach path that fronts five-star hotels for morning exercise or evening sunset strolls. If your heart desires to just lounge about, there are two gorgeous pool and whirlpool spa areas that also have gas barbecues and shaded tables for pool-side dining.

These beautiful accommodations are only two minutes away from the Shops of Wailea. Three renowned championship golf courses and 11 tennis courts surround the Grand Champions Villas providing preferential rates to our guests.

Great location

My husband and I traveled to Maui for a work conference and the condo was a perfect location for us to walk to the conference in the morning and walk for dinner in the evening. Condo was clean and we loved waking up to birds each morning.

Excellent place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this very well equipped and located condo. The kitchen set up is very small, so can't cook much, but .....that can be a good thing too! Great communication with owner.

Wonderful stay at this Cute Condo for two

We really enjoyed this Condo! Roomy bathroom, comfortable King Bed, and lots of extra beach equipment. ( Snorkel, beach chairs, boogie board, beach towels, etc. ) Great location in Wailea -- Will stay here again!!!

Nice condo in a quite area

We had a great time staying at Wailea Champions - the condo is not big, but is well equipped. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood, not far from the beach and shopping area in Wailea. Definitely recommend.

Central location

Nice studio perfect for my husband and I. Great location easy to get around the island. Only complaint was that there is no assigned parking spot just have to park in guest parking which isn’t always convenient and you have to carry beach stuff two buildings over. However that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Really enjoyed the area and the balcony was beautiful with all the foliage and birds.

Well maintained - had everything we needed.

The studio was perfect for us. The complex is in a great area and close to fantastic beaches. The condo was nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. We will be back!

Well-appointed studio near Wailea.

As noted in the listing, this studio does not have a full kitchen. It does have a microwave, 3/4 size fridge, and grills by the pool. Everything in the unit was great: comfortable bedding, beach towels and gear, and a private lanai with a table and chairs. I enjoyed bird watching and star gazing from the lanai. The complex is very quiet at night, and you could easily walk to the dining and shopping at the Shops of Wailea. There are excellent beaches nearby that are good for all ages and activities. It’s an easy walk to Ulua Beach, but the walk back to the condo is uphill. Maui is my happy place, and Grand Champions is my favorite place to stay.

Location

Exceptional location. Variety of beaches in area is incredible. Having beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling equipment was a bonus we enjoyed daily. Only complaint is the bed is on the soft side, but that is a personal preference. Would come back to Grand Champion in a heartbeat.

Private Getaway

Everything was perfect at the condo. The only thing that could be refreshed, are the two nonstick pans. We LOVED our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone who likes peace and quiet in a gorgeous area of Maui. Thank you!!

Beautiful Location

Beautiful escape to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Picture perfect beaches are a 10 minute walk away. Access points are a bit tricky at first, but some parking is also available at public access points. Kitchenette was sufficient for basic meals. Enjoyed the birds and flowers that surrounded us. Pillows were flat, but everything else was comfortable, clean and safe.

Excellent stay at Grand Champions

We had a wonderful stay. The studio worked well for us - it feels spacious and was very quiet both day and night. With great airflow we barely felt the need to use the air conditioning. We were able to prep simple meals and pack picnics easily. We appreciated the good quality beach chairs/umbrella and cooler. We left them in our vehicle trunk for spontaneous stops. There were a couple minor issues which Tamara dealt with immediately. My only suggestions would be for a deep cleaning ie - baseboards and to have a few more/better quality towels on hand. I don't mind doing laundry but others may not feel the same. Overall we would not hesitate to stay again.

Disappointing

Pros-The morning gecko greeter who lives in the umbrella stand, birds sounds in the morning, sweet lanai view, great location, nice bed, good grills in both the pool areas, handy to have beach stuff and robes, good water pressure in the shower. Cons-7:30 construction noise on the lanai, major wifi issues that weren’t resolved (so TV wasn’t an option), poorly stocked kitchen, lousy hot plate, tiny sink, cramped kitchenette. This place would be fine for a couple who plans on going out for most of their meals but it’s very frustrating for an serious cooks.

Charming and comfortable

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this plush little studio. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Great location. Yes the birds are loud for about 15 minutes in the morning but it’s not a big deal. Thank you for our stay!

Anfitrión: Tamara Farwig

Tamara has lived on Maui since 1996 and her two children were born and raised here. She has roots in Canada where she grew up (Jasper, Alberta) and most of her family still reside. She started her business with her ex-husband Steve who worked as a firefighter for the County of Maui for 20 years. Her son is finishing a degree in computer science at UBCO and her daughter attends Parson's Paris studying fashion design. Tamara owns and manages a permitted rental home (Cloud 9 Beach House) as well as a one bedroom and a studio condo in Wailea. She lives five minutes from her properties and takes great care to ensure her guests are happy and have all they need for a stress free Maui vacation. World Class golfing only minutes away. Wailea beach just down the hill. Reps personal training gym adjacent to the property at the Wailea Town center. Many fantastic restaurants only a couple of minutes drive from the condo.
