Private suite located on a quiet side street. Dogs are welcome for a $20 per night fee. Private entrance and bath (tub/shower). Dining area, kitchen with Keurig, microwave & mini fridge (will be stocked with breakfast items such as cereals, juice, fruit, yogurt & muffins or doughnuts). 55" smart TV, electric fireplace. Queen memory foam bed, sofa bed. Fenced yard. Village shops and restaurants nearby. Hamilton College 2 miles up the hill. Lovely area to walk (dogs must be leashed & waste removed when outside the suite property). Pets must not be left unattended. Many options for day trips in the surrounding area.

Clinton Bed & Biscuit

This property was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. The accommodations were just as described, but the extra touches were unexpected. The fridge was stocked with drinks and goodies and there were numerous breakfast choices. But best of all, it was truly pet friendly for our dog.

Welcoming spot for dogs and their people!

This is a terrific option if you have your dog with you! Lots of little dog friendly touches and a safe, secure, fenced in back yard was much appreciated by all! Our host was lovely and this was great for visiting our student at Hamilton.

Had to cancel due to snow storm

Our plans were set and we were looking forward to a visit with good friends, but they suggested we cancel due to an upcoming snow storm, which we did. We hope to reschedule the trip.

Feels like home

Best place to stay visiting Hamilton College! So clean, warm and welcoming! This is our 3rd time here and feels like home. Our daughter is graduating and we will miss staying here as much as we will miss visiting Hamilton! Thank you Julie for your amazing hospitality!!

Fantastic oasis

My little dog and I stayed here recently on a trip to visit family and friends. It was perfect and made the trip so enjoyable. All our needs were anticipated so I felt right at home. Do yourself a favor and stay here when visiting the area. *Extra bonus: dogs aren’t just allowed, they are celebrated!*

Perfect weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We came up from Baltimore to run the Boilermaker and fell in love with Clinton. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the backyard and surrounding areas. Julie went out of her way to make sure we were set with breakfast, snacks and other goodies. She was the hostess with the mostest and we hope to return to Beatty Bed and Biscuit soon.

Home away from home for us and our dogs!

Julie created the most inviting space for us and our dogs. Very clean, cozy and inviting. The fridge and cabinets were stacked with treats for humans and dogs. It was great to not need to worry about going out for breakfast- there is quite an assortment of options available. The fences in yard was perfect. 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

It was a beautiful little place with plenty of room for our dog to run and a lovely town close by to walk to. We wish we had arranged the trip to have stayed there at least a couple of nights instead of just one. Host was very thoughtful and a delight to meet. We will stay again in the future.

Amazing!

Conveniently located close to family! Many amenities! Dogs were not only tolerated, but welcomed! Beautiful space. Julie was considerate of all occupants, dogs and people alike. Over the top!

Lovely Stay

Loved our stay here. Julie thought of every amenity a guest might need and her thoughtfulness is evident. Bed and pull out couch were both comfortable, property is pretty & quiet, and perfect location in the heart of the village. Thank you for everything.

4th of July

WOW....OMG.....What a hidden gem! Wife's family is from the area and always stayed in a hotel to far away. Found this pet...DOG...friendly getaway. The owner Julien was soooo nice and her two Spanish Greyhounds are adorable!! Our JackaPoo just loved them. Did I say its so dog friendly.....pictures, small/large water/food bowls, poopie bags and treats! Short walk to town, VERY cozy bed and the stocked frig was owesom. We can go on & on. Will stay again. Thanks, Earl, Karen & Dyna :)

Excellent!

Perfect place for my husband and myself to stay for a few days for our daughter's wedding. Place is cozy and lovely! Had everything that we needed PLUS an amazing supply of beverages, breakfast food, snacks and bathroom supplies. Highly recommend this gem!

Absolutely Amazing

2nd time staying here and I can’t say enough good things about it. We postponed our trip 2 days just so we could stop here with our kids and dog instead of having to use a hotel. We will be back!

Nice 1BR apartment

The hosts are very nice people. They even shoveled snow from around our cars. The apartment was well stocked. The only issue is that the property was listed as a 2BR. It’s really a 1BR with a pull out futon in the Living/Kitchen area. So if the BR person wants to stay up and watch tv in the LR they are in the bedroom space of the other party. And the bathroom is off the 1BR so the LR occupant has to walk through the BR to use the bathroom. It’s really not a 2BR and should not be advertised as so.

Fantastic stay!

The host goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home! From stocked cupboards and drinks in the fridge, to an assortment of k-cups, we lacked for nothing! We have stayed in many rentals and this one goes to the top of our list!

Great overnight stop

My husband and I were travelling with our dog and spent a night at the BnB in Clinton. The little cottage was immaculate. It was nice for our dog to get to sniff around off lead in the secure back yard. The fridge was fully stocked for breakfast needs too. Would highly recommend this little place. We also had a very good take out calzone from Tony's Pizzeria.

Wonderful Venue

Everything regarding this cozy, clean & comfortable apartment was perfect! It is literally supplied with anything you might need during your stay!! Julie is the perfect Hostess! Pet Friendly was a definite Plus for us! This was our second visit & we look forward to more visits in the near future.
