A conveniently located, private suite with your own entrance, patio and outdoor space that comfortably sleeps 2 to 3. We have included ample parking for two vehicles. We are walking distance to the Village of Clinton, NY (13323) with its unique shops and eateries! The Suite is 1.5 miles from Hamilton College and 20 miles from Colgate University. We have created an easy check in and out experience with complete independence for you! We are available by phone or in person when you need us. We are in the "Foothills of the Adirondacks". Please enjoy the use of our beautiful yard, patio and outdoor fireplace.

Second time staying in the Evergreen Suite. It was as lovely as I remembered. Hosts are gracious, kind and accommodating. The suite is cute, clean and cozy. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Clinton, New York area!

Darling, rustic decor. Everything you need. Close to great restaurants and quaint shops. Walkable. Would recommend for woman traveling alone. Very safe.Great hosts.

It was a rainy night when we checked in, and we were so delighted when we opened the French doors and got our first glimpse of this lovely, cozy, comfortable, very spacious room! It's totally private and opens on a large yard. We never saw our hosts, but I assume they were 30 seconds away if we needed them -- so kinda the best of both worlds in that department. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we only wish it could have been more than one night.

Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Hello and welcome to Evergreen Suite! I am excited to have you experience the suite and the village of Clinton! I am married with two children and two beautiful grandchildren! I chose to engage in Evergreen Suite because I enjoy meeting people outside of my immediate circle. I wanted to give those traveling to this area a place to stay that I would enjoy. I can't imagine life without my family, the fresh air and beauty of the Adirondack mountains and the comfort of my home. I'm known for making a house a home and have put those talents into play in the Evergreen Suite. I lose myself with the latest autobiography on the patio of the suite and my husband's excellent cooking. At this point in our lives we are looking forward to traveling, with Montana being one of our favorite destinations. My husband Mike is a "foodie" so we like to look for the unique eatery of the area we are visiting. I am most happy when all the family is at our house, eating, listening to music, laughing and "fighting" over who cheated in the card game of the moment! My motto in life is very simple...Find someone to laugh with everyday...I hope your experience with Evergreen Suite is comfortable, cozy and leaves you wanting to return.
