THE CONDO
Welcome to Atlantic Dunes 502, your stunning three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath oceanfront condo, known as `The Atlantic Star.` This spacious coastal retreat offers panoramic Atlantic views and the relaxed charm of North Myrtle Beach, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.

Key features of your space include:
* Living Area: Floor-to-ceiling windows provide beautiful natural light and breathtaking ocean and pool views. Relax on the plush sofa, loveseat, and recliner.
* Private Balcony: Furnished with raised Adirondack chairs, it`s ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Please note: Balcony access will be restricted from November 3, 2025, to December 31, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance.
* Fully Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with major appliances including a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and double sink. Both K-cup and drip coffee makers are provided. Enjoy meals at the dining area for four or the breakfast bar with additional seating.
* Primary Suite: Features a comfortable King bed, panoramic ocean views, and a Smart TV. The private ensuite bath includes a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
* Second Bedroom: Offers a Queen bed, a Smart TV, and ample closet space.
* Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or additional guests, with a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top).
* Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one convenient half bath ensure comfort for all guests.
* Amenities: Luxury linens, soft coastal décor, and plenty of storage in all bedrooms. Towels, toiletries, and a starter set of essentials are provided. Enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in all rooms, central AC, and easy self-check-in via a smart lock.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Atlantic Dunes 502 condo during their stay, including:

The condo is located on the 5th floor. Keyless self-check-in is provided using your assigned door code. Elevators are available for easy access to all floors, and luggage carts are in the lobby for your convenience.

Guests can take a short drive to Barefoot Landing, a waterfront destination filled with restaurants, boutique shops, live music, and family attractions. The area also offers plenty of golf courses, water activities, and scenic spots for walking or biking.

This section of North Myrtle Beach is quieter than the busy downtown boardwalk, making it perfect for those who want to relax yet still be within minutes of all the fun. Nearby you’ll find local seafood restaurants, beach bars, mini golf, and cafes that capture the charm of the Carolina coast.

GETTING AROUND
Getting around North Myrtle Beach is simple and convenient from Atlantic Dunes Resort. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are just a short drive away, and parking is available both at the resort and throughout the area.

Guests who prefer not to drive can take advantage of local rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, or use local taxi companies that operate along the Grand Strand. Golf carts and bicycles are also popular ways to explore nearby neighborhoods and beach roads.

Barefoot Landing, Main Street, and the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex are all within a few minutes by car, while Myrtle Beach’s main boardwalk, SkyWheel, and shopping outlets are about 20–25 minutes south.

For air travelers, Myrtle Beach International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the resort. With major highways like Highway 17 and Kings Highway nearby, guests can easily reach all parts of the Grand Strand from this location.

* Balcony Access Restriction: Balcony access will be restricted from November 3, 2025, to December 31, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance or improvements. We apologize for any inconvenience.
* Starter Supplies: A starter set of paper products, toiletries, and kitchen essentials is provided for your arrival. Guests may need to replenish these items for longer stays.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

This condo is for registered guests only.

Maximum Occupancy:
Follow listed guest limits for comfort and safety.

Pool & Amenity Access:
Only registered guests may use resort amenities. Wristbands must be worn if required by the resort.

Parking:
Park only in designated resort areas. Parking passes must be visible at all times.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Security:
Ensure doors are locked when leaving the condo. Report any issues immediately.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Waiver Fee.
