Ski conditions and access can vary depending on snowfall and trail coverage, and we understand that this season’s lighter snow made access more challenging than usual. Regarding the home’s systems and amenities, radiant heat does take longer to warm fully, but we understand how arriving to a cooler home can be frustrating and will review our arrival procedures to improve that experience. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dryer, garage door, and kitchen faucet issues. When notified, our team works quickly to address concerns, and we will continue working to ensure everything is fully operational and that instructions for TVs, the sound system, steam showers, and the hot tub are clearer and more accessible.
