Great property. Wish I had understood that the bunk rooms didn’t have another bed in the room, but that the additional bed was a trundle.

Gorgeous House

We loved this house. It was perfect! It accommodated us very well, my guests really enjoyed using the theater, jacuzzi and game room. The house was perfect for us. Guest services were very accommodating. It was overall a great experience.

Excellent

This was our large groups third year. Property was great. Only downside was they had sooo much snow that it made the ski in/out challenging.

House is Gorgeous, Mountains are Spectacular, Property Management... not so much

Gorgoues house on the mountain with access to hiking trails (summer, when we visited) and very close to downtown. Plenty of space for our large, multi-generational family gathering to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. BUT! Projector in the theater room (major selling point for me, with multiple young kids and older teen movie lovers) and company was slow to respond. I had to call repeatedly and even then, it was excuses --sent someone late in the day, he had to order a new lighbulb because they did not have it in stock and it never arrived during our entire 5-day stay. Other things were annoying -- layer of dust in many of the bedrooms, company did not provide working small appliances like an iron and handmixer (even after we asked for them!). I so wanted it to be great, and for this much $$, I expected more.

We sincerely apologize that your experience at the home fell below your expectations. We understand how frustrating it was when the theater room projector bulb malfunctioned halfway through your stay, and that the replacement was delayed in shipping. Our Operations Team does a thorough inspection of the home prior to our guest’s arrival and everything was in excellent working order for your stay, and so we were disappointed that this issue arose. We also appreciate you sharing those housekeeping concerns. We value your feedback and have addressed these with our team.

This was a family trip and this was the perfect place to stay with the family. The house was immaculate and had plenty of room for the family. The game room and movie room were an incredible bonus. Really close to town for shopping and dining. Kitchen had everything that you would ever need, very well stocked. Beautiful home that we would definitely recommend and rent again. Loved our stay!

Great House

We had a small work group of work colleagues and it was great. Enough space and bathrooms. Property manager had recommended some chefs for us and it was perfect. More then enough seating to accommodate Great location. Easy to get back home at the end of long day skiing

Ski in/out was a little tricky but doable. House was fantastic for a large group. Well equipped.
