Riva Residence in Old Town Ljubljana by the Cobblers’ Bridge
The Riva Residence apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional townhouse with an inner courtyard (no elevator) and has been completely renovated.
It offers two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm). One of the bedrooms includes a sofa bed (120x190 cm) and access to a private terrace. The second bedroom has direct access to a large bathroom with double sinks, a bidet, shower, and toilet. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway through a walk-in wardrobe area where the washing machine is located.
The living room features a comfortable sofa set and a smart TV. It connects to the dining area and kitchen via an island with an induction hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, and small household appliances. There is also a separate toilet available for guests.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, a hair dryer, iron with ironing board, 3 Bluetooth sound stations, and two bicycles free of charge.
If coming by car nearest public parking house is at Congress Square, located 250 m away.
Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.
The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.
