Located across the street from Indian lake. Bike path and fishing are a stones throw away. Boat ramp and boat docks rentals 1/5 mile from cottage. we have 6 units at Frontier Cottages perfect for multiple families or large groups. Your cozy getaway awaits in our brand new charming cottage. With 2 queen private bedrooms. Both with their own ac and heating unit. There is an open kitchen living room combination. One full bathroom with a tub shower combination. Outdoor patio with fire pit and grill. This fantastic retreat is perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and make yourself at home in this enjoyable space. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We typically rent 4 weekdays together for $550 total and 3 weekend nights $595 and a full week for$950.We do accept pets with a $75 one time pet fee message us if these rates are not reflected at booking.

This cottage is adorable and the beds were so comfortable. The gazebo was a bonus however it was somewhat dry rotted and was ripping on the top. I’d come back here for sure. The location was super too.

Great stay for what we needed. Pros: Clean, cute decor, nice outdoor patio setup, great communication, comfortable couches, and convenient, right across from a boat ramp, bike path across the street. Cons: lots of construction around, no coffee pods provided (we brought ground coffee but no way to brew) street lamp shines directly into the space, lots of flies inside, cleaning charge too high for the amount of work for checkout.

Thank you for your review I’m glad you found the cottage clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the construction is on going from the tornado. But they do a great job staying quiet! Sorry you found taking out the trash and doing your dishes to much work. I would gladly done them for you if it was to much for you. The mayflies are almost out of season! Thanks goodness the lake draws them in unfortunately. Providing coffee is a great suggestion. We hope you still had a great time and would love to have you again.

The cottage was beautiful! It’s brand new since the tornado in 2024, and it was well worth the wait. Lots of attention to detail in the furnishings and decor. The patio off the back bedroom is perfect for your morning coffee, and an end of day glass of wine! The host is very responsive and very nice. The location is very peaceful and quiet, right across the road from Indian Lake State Park. There’s a walking trail at the park, it’s really nice too. I’ll definitely be back next year.

Property was clean. Had reasonable amenities. Host was very responsive and understanding. Right now there is a lot of construction going on around the cottage so the outside isn’t pretty yet but I will be great when all the construction is done. It was quiet even with the construction and my dog and I loved how close it was to the lake, the nice walking path and dog park.

The host was very responsive; the cottage had a cute beach vibe. There was a nice little binder with helpful info and instructions. The a/c units were thoughtfully planned out to keep us comfy and we had a great couple nights by the deck firepit they provided! :)
