This is our second time staying at this property and we plan to stay again. It is perfect for our multi-family trips down to Hamilton and Oxford Ohio for events at Miami University. It is very clean, great location, family friendly and great communication with the owner.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as expected, in a great neighborhood, and worked perfectly for what we needed. Everything was comfortable and easy. Our grandson accidentally broke a small lamp, and the owner was so gracious and helpful about it, which we really appreciated. Great experience overall and we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Convient to stores and restaurants. Will stay again. Our occasion to visit Hamilton was to attend a funeral. Visitors were provided welcoming seating. If traveling by car, I'd advise taking some of that delicious Hamilton water home.

Nice to have plenty of space and beds. We were there as a bowling team for State Bowling. Very quiet place. Bed rooms were spacious and great quality linens and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

We were in Hamilton for a basketball tournament and this was a great place to stay. It’s close to Spooky Nook, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was very clean, comfortable, has lots of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very quick in answering all of our questions before our visit. If we’re ever back in Hamilton we’ll definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was decorated for Christmas with a tree, which was exactly what we were hoping for staying there over the holiday. We are so grateful!

Very clean. Well cared for. The house looked like it had just been remodeled. Everything felt new, including linens, towels, and furniture & appliances. Host quickly responded when we had trouble unlocking door (our fault) came over in 5 mins. It snowed overnight and host came and cleaned off driveway and our car!

Very pleasant stay. Came in town for a basketball tournament and it was convenient to get to the gym. Plenty of things nearby in case you need something last minute. Communication with host was great and check-in/check-out instructions were smooth and easy. Highly recommend and will stay again when I come back in town to visit.
