Spacious 4BR Ranch w Hot Tub in Quiet Neighborhood

This charming home hosts 4 bedrooms (all with TVs), 2 full baths, laundry room, large kitchen, dining space, two sectional couches, and plenty of parking. Looking for something a little extra? We have it in our outdoor, fenced-in backyard with a grill, hot tub and koi pond. Our downstairs area features a shuffleboard and live theater experience with our large screen and awesome sound system! Close to Hamilton, West Chester, and Fairfield - this home is situated in a family friendly area! Please remember to keep your furry friends at home, as this is not a pet-friendly property.

The space
When you first pull into the street you already will feel right at home in the quiet and quaint neighborhood. This well-maintained ranch home literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our upstairs has no stairs or steps to navigate besides the couple you have to climb to enter the home. You'll find a large living room with sectional (plus a ceiling fan and TV), a kitchen with plenty of room to spread out, that includes a desk and an island, plus you'll also be able to spread out in the dining area. Two bedrooms are upstairs - the king master and a double bedroom. The king has tons of great storage, plus a master bath with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and laundry room attached. The guest bathroom is a shower/tub combination.

There is a standard set of stairs in order to reach the basement, which is where our shuffleboard, and theater TV are located. Relax in this open space on the huge sectional! When it is time to go to bed, we have two options down here - a double bedroom and/or a twin bedroom with two beds.

If the weather is nice, we invite you to hang outside on our back deck. We have a large, fenced-in yard, comfortable seating, a TV, grill, and a hot tub! Our koi pond is something special to us, so we ask that you please don't disturb or feed them.

We were extremely comfortable. Easy to access close to great groceries gas stations, and restaurants. The listing said three bathroom, but I believe the bathroom in the basement was not accessible not a big deal five star experience, beautiful home that had everything we needed and more.

Perfect family home.

Our family gathered here for our Christmas. The home easily accommodated our multi generational family. The multiple living levels space gave space for both family games and quiet conversations. And the kitchen is amazing!

Had a quick weekend trip with friends. The house is beautiful, well appointed and just as listed. Easy to get to and plenty of restaurants, activities nearby. The hot tub and outside patio is where we spent most of our time. We also enjoyed the projection screen TV in the basement our last nite.Thanks Lance, we really enjoyed your home and you were a pleasure to work with! We had an absolutely awesome time. The house was so nice and clean. Extra towels, linens, and supplies were easily available. Lance was a GREAT communicator and everything was exactly as it said, if not a little better! The water pressure was great and the fact they didn’t make rules on how hot or cold me would make the house, was amazing! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the hot tub and tv outside were amazing! It helped that the Cubs won their playoff game while we watched from the hot tub! All pros, no cons from us! We will absolutely stay here the next time if it’s available!! Thanks for an awesome stay!! Go team Lance!

Perfect Family Getaway

We rented Lance’s home to spend the weekend with our elderly mother. The home worked perfectly for our small family gathering. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the house had everything we needed. Most importantly a first floor bathroom and bedroom! Lance was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We had a couple of unexpected things happen and Lance was on top of it. Including a lovely 5 inches of snow that Lance had removed for us. I would recommend this home and would stay again.

Girls Tennis Getaway

I attended the Cincinnati Open with three girlfriends and this home served very well as a home base. Check in was an absolute breeze and Lance was very communicative. The house was clean, well appointed and well stocked with all we needed. The hot tub was a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking around in the sun. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. There was so much more to the house than we were even able to use. We had a wonderful time. If you are reading this, do not hesitate to rent. You will be pleased. I will look for this property when we go back next year. Thanks to the owners for doing VRBO right!!

Great place for family

My husband, 3 kids (age 7, 12, 14) and my parents stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves! The house is clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The koi pond and patio were relaxing and the kids enjoyed the hot tub (it was too hot outside for me to get in!) The kitchen was well equiped, the beds were comfortable if you enjoy a firm mattress, and the basement had a nice theater room and some games. We had a minor issue with a weak battery on our door access but Lance responded quickly and had it fixed before we needed to leave the next morning. It worked perfectly after. Debbie was son nice and let our youngest help feed the fish. Communication was great and everything was as promised. We were able to get to Jungle Jims just 8 min away, and reasonable driving to downtown, Kings Island, and even took a day to go to the Ark in Kentucky. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful well kept home

We visited our grandparents in Fairfield and had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home. The house was clean, conveniently located and had every amenity we needed. The fish pond out back was really cool too :)

The neighborhood this house resides in is quiet and quaint. The homes are all well-maintained and have well-manicured lawns and landscaping. You can enjoy this home in privacy as the entire backyard is fully-fenced. We are just minutes away from the world-famous international grocery store Jungle Jim's.
