This is a lovely house that was easily accessible. The downside of this property is that only the house itself is usable. The exterior of the property is not being actively managed and is less than desirable. But for my 2 day trip, it worked out great.

The property was beautifully remodeled. The small touches were great. He even had some games and cards. The neighborhood was so quiet. And it was truly only a few minutes from shopping in Niceville. And it wasn’t far from Destin with and without tolls (4). The host communicated quickly and called us to help out with check in. I will definitely look to stay there the next time we need a small centralized property.

Had a great time at this listing in Niceville! Check in process was super easy, the host was very accommodating to our needs and kept in constant contact... Cottage was super clean and tidy, everything was as shown in the listing with no surprises. Quiet neighborhood close to everything, even a dog park within minutes where we took our Chihuahuas, and everyone we met was super pleasant! Will definitely be back here!

Details are what this property is all about. Wonderfully decorated, perfectly modernized, it’s comfortably home for however long or reason for your stay, The neighborhood is quiet, the traffic light, and the beds are incredibly comfy w/ room darkening shades included. Cooking your thing? You’ll find a wonderfully laid out kitchen full of most whatever you’ll need? Uber Eats had no problem locating my essentials and great meals to try from local eateries. Close to everything while being far enough to be quiet and tranquil. Chris is a top notch host. Polite and prompt so book with confidence. If you’re an early 80s baby like me, you’ll get a good chuckle out of the wifi name and pw. This place has great vibes and I’ll be back when in the area for business.

The cotttage is in a quiet location. It’s well decorated and has all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals. Short drive from airport and to beaches. Chris was very responsive to a couple of things we encountered. We would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for what we needed, it was super clean, safe and close to everything. Chris the host of was super attentive answered right away if I had any questions. We even had to stay an extra night since there was a winter storm back home and he was so complimentary!!! The price can’t be beat. Would def stay here again!!!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay around the niceville area, I highly suggest you consider this property. It was such a nice put together house with perfect amount of decoration. We brought our dog with us and the place was perfect. The house was located in a perfect spot for us, located just one short block of a main road to get places, but road noise was never an issue. The covered front porch with outdoor furniture was a really nice addition to be able to sit outside, listen to the rain and enjoy the laid back feeling the neighborhood offered. I would HIGHLY suggest this property, the price was excellent and we will for sure book again if in the area. Thanks Chris for the awesome stay!

As we arrived, the exterior was well-illuminated and the door had code access for an easy late evening entry. The interior was well-kept, pristine, stylish, and welcoming. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Helpful appliances included Smart TVs, Keurig, tower fans, and washer/dryer. It was centrally located in Niceville with easy access to VPS airport, Eglin AFB, all Niceville establishments, and a short drive from Destin beaches. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay in Niceville was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The home was inviting, relaxing, and spotless. It had plenty of space for our group and would work well for two couples or a family.The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly felt like it gave me a hug. The sheets, comforter, and pillows were perfect, making for a great night’s sleep. the kind of sleep you wish you could pack in your suitcase and take home.We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like laundry supplies, dish and dishwasher soap, plenty of paper products, and both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. It made settling in effortless.The location was excellent—close to everything, including great restaurants like The Locals, Doc’s Oyster Bar, and Basil & Baxter’s Kitchen, as well as shopping and grocery stores. We also enjoyed hearing the “sound of freedom” overhead, which wasn’t disruptive inside the home.What stood out most was the owner. He communicated before, during, and after our stay, providing helpful information and making sure we had everything we needed. That level of care made a big difference.We are very grateful for our stay and would absolutely return.
