Wonderful VRBO in so many ways. Host was spot on responding to all our inquiries; very accommodating. Very clean and close to the beach, golf courses and restaurants. Had special”treats” for his guest which were very much appreciated and good. Even had dog bowls and a bed for our dog. Definitely will rent this VRBO again and highly recommend it.

This was by far the best VRBO we've ever stayed out. House was newly remodeled, clean and nicely decorated. This owner has thought of everything! Kitchen was very nicely stocked with cookware and many extras. Neighborhood was extremely quiet; backyard was fabulous for our little dog. We could not have designed a better vacation home. Owner was very attentive and we needed nothing during our extended stay. Will definitely visit here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling in this area.

I can't say enough good about this place. Top really in and find cookies on the counter and for the toll to Destin. The house was immaculate. Kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook (minus food of course), living room was comfy cozy with extra blankets, bedrooms were warm and welcoming, and the yard was lovely! We would definitely recommend staying here. Oh and the host was great! Quick to respond and took great care of us!

THE PLACE TO STAY

This has been the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. This home is beautiful, well kept and the host is absolutely amazing. Niceville is the perfect distance from any of your favorite beaches in the area, while also giving you the peace and seclusion you might want. If there is absolutely any questions on this place, fear not as you will not regret your stay here. A BIG THANK YOU to the host, our trip was amazing due to our stay as well

Our stay at the Niceville Nook was such a delightful experience from beginning to end! The property was just as it is pictured and was very clean. You can tell the propery owner has a impeccable taste in decor and comfort! From toll money to Crumble cookies..he really went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay! If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay don't pass on this retreat.

The property was as described. It was new and clean in every aspect. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond to make it a great stay by providing treats for my teenagers along with getting them a TV to play their games on. All of the extras in the home was also great from the hot tube and the chairs and umbrella for the beach. The community was very quiet and had a great strip of sidewalk for our morning walks. I will definitely be back next year.

Very impressed!! Plenty of room and very comfortable! Very clean! Host was amazing as well, went and checked the house to make sure everything was in order and left a sweet treat for us when we arrived. Answered any questions we had and responded within 30 minutes and at the most an hour. Plenty of the essentials which was fantastic - 1st time I didn’t have to go buy the basic essentials. Fire pit was great! Used the grill a few times, and hot tub was great! Definitely would recommend! Best rental experience ever!

This is hands down the best rental we have ever had. I booked a year in advance because of the time of year (spring break) You are close enough to all of the beaches but just outside of that area of tourist. The house is on a dead end street and that is perfect! It was so quiet! The back yard is giant and includes the coolest area all set up with a fire pit and like 6 chairs all around. There is a huge hot tub just outside the back door that feels amazing! Part of the porch was turned into a little place to sit in hightop chairs and talk and have drinks! Walking inside i was shocked at how put together everythin was! Its beautiful with a marble like look. There is a giant table set for 8. This home is a 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. One is a walk in shower and one is tub. The owner has just about everything you could need there! We stayed for a week and made use of the beach wagon and floaties of all kinds! We brought our dogs and upon arrival the home was set up for dogs. Covered sofa with blankets, dog bowls and even a large dog bed! It was our 30th anniversary and also upon arrival was a bottle of wine and a sweet note! There was even a box of fresh cookies from Crumble. So many nice touches made us feel super welcome. We slept so good with the black out curtains. Each room has a ceiling fan. The decor is simple yet very soothing. It is done in seafoam green, white,cream, and navy blue. It was just beautiful and the kitchen is huge! The owner was wonderful with communicatio
