About your Private Tropical Osias:

Upon your arrival you'll have two assigned parking spaces conveniently located right outside your door. We also have a bar in front outside with 4 barstools, have a drink or a chat.

Once inside you'll enter your Newly Renovated, Clean, Cozy Modern Beach Retreat. Relax on the Premium Mattress on our Queen bed. Put your phone to charge on our Lamp and adjust the lighting to your liking. Dresser is full of space to get that luggage unpacked. Closet has wooden hangers, Iron, Ironing board, and shoe storage.

In the Living room kick up your feet on our fluffy ottoman with a cold drink! Extra guest? No problem! Our comfy couch turns into a full-size bed with extra pillows and blankets located inside Ottoman. Enjoy a movie night or catch up on your favorite show on our 55-inch Curved Samsung Smart TV accompanied by our Samsung Sound Bar & PS4 with two Wireless Controllers! Want to watch your show or play a game in bed or Bar table? Our Smart TV has a Full Motion TV Mount. You can easily move the TV to face any direction you desire! Enjoy our High-Speed Internet (Gamer & WFH Approved!). Blast your tunes on the sound bar, play a game online with friends, or get some needed work in. Don't worry, we won't tell your boss you're on vacation!

In our Kitchenete you'll find a FULL-SIZE Fridge with Freezer to store any of your BBQ meat or cold beer needs. We know how important coffee is, enjoy a hot or iced cup outside in our Travel mugs. Our mirror above sink has different LED light settings to ensure you look great before heading downtown for a date night! Need a full view? We have a full body mirror in our living room as well!

Once your inside tour is done, the real magic is outside in our beautiful Private patio! Completely yours to enjoy, no shared space!

Spacious with multiple seating, you can even take a power nap in our egg chair to recharge.

Light up the night with our lavish fire pit and outdoor lights that cover the whole back yard!

Put your grill master skills to use on our stainless-steel propane grill. If you need a refill on your cold beverage but want to keep enjoying the beautiful outdoor patio, we have a hidden cooler right beside the grill that also acts as a side table.

Too many drinks & burned the food? No problem! Message me for several nearby late-night food spots to get that hunger resolved!

Bringing a pet?
They're family too! We'd love for them to join you on your beach vacation! Fort Myers is extremely dog friendly. Most restaurants have dog menus and free water bowls. Please make sure to review our Pet Policy and rules.

Things to note before your stay:

This is a family friendly neighborhood with other Airbnb's/VRBOS as well as several hard-working locals who live here full time. You will at times hear music, smell great food coming from a nearby BBQ's, kids playing outdoors, an occasional dog barking or playing with their neighborhood dog friends. Please also keep in mind that Florida is a cannabis friendly state. SMOKING IS PROHIBTED INSIDE! Another thing to note, people will not only be in cars but please be mindful to those who walk or bike. This is a clean neighborhood although trash days are on Wednesday mornings. Thursday if the week has a holiday. Tues & Wed you may notice trash and trash bins outside on curb for pick up. (No worries we handle your bins!) Everyone keeps to themselves. No one bothers you or causes problems, please be respectful to our neighborhood so we can keep sharing this piece of paradise with others!
