Off street parking, private entrance, cozy 2bedroom in a fun jungle decor, fire stick TV and fast Wi-Fi, this unit includes a dedicated bathroom with tub and shower, basic kitchen amenities, a bistro table… And outside the gorgeous screened lanai with heated pool! Your host lives on site and is dedicated to providing an exceptional vacation experience! Just ask! For those that want to have some meals at home, small kitchen appliances are available-just ask! The main kitchen can be used if needed! For the active traveler, host can provide bikes, beach umbrella, camp chairs, portable charcoal grill, snorkeling equipment! . Pool area may be shared with the host-tho your privacy is paramount—there are no additional guests. Host has friendly dogs; pets owned by guests are potentially allowed. Pool party/cookout may be arranged!

Very functional. Everything you need is provided, beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to sit outside by the pool and the weather cooperated so I could get in! Quiet neighborhood, not far from restaurants. It was nice that they provided a folder with local restaurants menus. I would definitely recommend this one! And would use again!

I stayed here before and Debra has made some changes to the pool area which make it even more relaxing to hang out. Very responsive and helpful.

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend while in town from Michigan. The place was super cute and just what we needed! The pool was amazing, we spent a lot of time on the back patio. Debra was a fantastic host!

Debra was warm and friendly and the room was comfortable! Debra went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. The pool and lanai are lovely - wish I had more time to enjoy.

Wow!!!! That’s all I can say! We had an incredible experience with Debra. She is an amazing host. We enjoyed several beaches in the area and the dining was superb. We enjoyed peaceful coffee on the lanai and quiet evenings by the pool. I can’t say enough about Debra. She is an incredible host!!

Debra was kind & responsive. She provided us with a few things we had forgotten. The property is in a nice neighborhood. The part of the house she rents out is a tight space for us, a family of 3 with 2 dogs. Fortunately, we were only there for 2 nights. At times, I would get hot & feel claustrophobic cause you do not have control of the thermostat. She did lower the AC at times but we had to keep both ceiling fans in each room on high which would make us sneeze & cough. Both ceiling fans & several other things were dusty. Each room is carpeted as well. Her pool area is nice & appeared clean. Our son enjoyed it. She set up the lights so we could go swimming at night. I would recommend this spot for a quick trip through Cape Coral. I would go back for 1 overnight stay. 655r

2 night stay

We had an amazing stay! We are local residents and booked our stay for my son’s 5th birthday. Debra was AMAZING!!!!! She allowed us to have his birthday AND she even allowed us to have more guests than what she normally would allow because my family is a bit bigger. She was so so accommodating and so helpful even took pictures for us on the day of the party. We will definitely book again! Thank you for everything!

The host was friendly however when we went into the accommodations we were surprised because The first thing we saw was the toilet. The rooms were at each end of the bathroom. For privacy to pee or shower you have to lock the bedroom and access doors The microwave, fridge and coffee maker are in the bathroom. it showed access to an open kitchen and living room area to relax but that wasn't avaluable. The pool had a table w/chairs, and lounge chairs.However, no area for two (2) couples inside to sit and enjoy time together.So disappointed!!We felt duped! Hope you have a better experience.

Ms Suzanne, I try very hard to make sure that my listing is clear; I do offer some flexible options and that is difficult to convey on this format. I would never try to “dupe” anyone-what would that accomplish? After I meet my guests I offer various additional spaces in my house; as a single lady I do need to feel comfortable, first. Y’all looked so happy-swimming, sunning-I even noticed snoring sounds coming from the bedroom! So, better luck next time. I did carefully review my listing in case anything needed clarification.

Quite Vacation Time Guaranteed

The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pictures do it justice and you will find everything you need.The area is a very quiet neighborhood; however, you are just minutes away from good food and the water. Debrah, the host is on top of things, and it is up to you if you like the company of three sweet pups (my preference) while enjoying the pool area or keep it to yourself. Here too, its nicely decorated and private from the neighbors. A bargain for the price......

Conversely, I will also respect your privacy. I am a people person. I am a retired registered nurse; I worked many years in the hospital, usually in the emergency department, on the night shift. Yes, I have some stories to tell!
I grew up on the East Coast of Florida, lived several years in the mountains of North Georgia, and returned to Florida three years ago to be near family. I love Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. I have done a little exploring and can direct you to some activities and restaurants . Come and enjoy sunny South Florida at Palms n Paradise!
