The living room blends mid-century flair with cozy luxury, featuring bold wallpaper, curated art, a sleek fireplace, and a large TV for movie nights. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into a striking chef’s kitchen—complete with marble countertops, high-gloss cabinetry, double ovens, and an island with seating for three. Just beyond, a modern dining table for six invites connection over laughter-filled meals and morning coffee bathed in sunlight.

Two bedrooms are located in the main house, while the third bedroom is a private casita and is attached to the home, offering a restful retreat with contemporary style and serene ambiance. The two king suites include ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and premium finishes, while the third bedroom has its own private / separate entry providing a cozy and private space for additional guests. Once inside the casita guests have the option to access the main house via the back yard sliders. This space is ideal for an extra couple looking for privacy and or an older teen.

Outside, desert days unfold around your private pool and lounge deck framed by swaying palms and dramatic mountain views. Dine alfresco under string lights at the outdoor table for six, fire up the BBQ for a leisurely afternoon feast, or unwind with a cocktail as the sky turns pink over the San Jacinto peaks.

Home Truths:
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is $180/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay.
- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
- Please note: The third bedroom (casita) is connected to the home, but it has a separate private entrance and is not accessed through the main house. Generally, for those travelling with children needing supervision this room would not be ideal for them to be placed in as the casita entry goes out to the driveway / street.

Parking Details:
- Parking available for up to five vehicles in the driveway. Garage access is not included.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
