The home offers 3,218 square feet of beautifully designed living space spread over three levels, featuring six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bath, comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests.
Entering through the garage, guests are greeted with a welcoming mudroom area that leads into the main living space — a bright, open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for entertaining and relaxation.
Living Room
The main-level living room offers a modern mountain aesthetic, with plush seating, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace featuring a convenient touch-bar control to power on/off and adjust heat and flame settings. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas, ideal for gathering after a day on the slopes.
The lower-level living room includes a second Smart TV and additional seating, creating a cozy and private space for movie nights or family relaxation.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker compatible with both pods and drip options.
