The property worked well for the family. Rooms were spacious and clean. The early check in was very helpful since we drove during the night to get there however was disappointed to know I had to pay extra for early check in request. Would suggest that an inventory of the kitchen be done to endure that there are enough pots and pans and eating utensils available sic e the cottage can handle 8-10 people people.

Thank you for the 5 STAR review, Joanne! We are so glad you enjoyed your time with us and the space. Based on your feedback, we've added additional kitchen items to ensure there's enough in stock for all guests. Preparing a 4-bedroom home to our high standards of cleanliness takes significant effort and coordination, especially within the tight window between a 10:00 AM checkout and an early 2:30 PM arrival. We charge this fee to adjust our cleaners' schedules and dedicate extra resources to ensure the home is pristine and ready early for guests. Best, The Beachy Keen Vacations Team
