A perfect villa location in Kingston Plantation. Located right next to the St. James Park pool in Building 1 and as close to the beach as you can get before paying high-rise rates! Enjoy the privacy that comes with each bedroom having its own bathroom.

No waiting in line to check in! No keys to keep track of.
You will receive a code for the digital lock on the door and you can go right in when you arrive. Everyone in your group will have access all the time with the code.

It's a short stroll to the beach along a paved path that makes pulling those beach carts or coolers a breeze.

Our unit is 100% smoke free. Our no smoking policy is strictly enforced.

Parking right outside the door in our designated covered carport makes access to this beautiful villa convenient for unpacking.

Entrance is on the 2nd floor. One flight of stairs. Your rate includes all bedding and bath towels.

Our location provides peace and quiet in the beautiful park-like setting of St. James Park with shade trees and two lakes right by the villa. The pool for the neighborhood is right next to the villa. With just a short walk, the setting changes entirely as you reach the Embassy Suites hotel on the property and enjoy the restaurants and bars. Then it is right over the dunes to the ocean.

No pets allowed.
Minimum age for renting is 25.

Full Day Spa and Hair Salon on site.
Gated entrance with 24-hour security.

Overall a pleasant trip but had multiple run-in’s with cockroaches both living and dead inside the house. Also dealt with active and growing wasp nest by the front door.

Annual Myrtle Beach Trip

We had a great time. The villa was perfect...enough rooms and enough beds! All of the normal amenities were available...all we had to buy was food and a few extra things like paper towels. The other best thing was that the pool was right next door so we didn't have to walk to the beach to have "beach" fun! We will definitely consider coming back next year.

Phenomenal!!

I had an absolutely phenomenal time during my stay! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. I didn’t have to worry about a thing every essential was provided, from toiletries to household basics. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need, including dishwasher pods and even laundry detergent.The bathrooms were well-equipped with fresh towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and even toothbrushes truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place so well-maintained and accommodating.This was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when booking a place to stay. It felt like home and then some! I’m already looking forward to returning. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, and convenient this is definitely the place.

A great family getaway

The property was warm and welcoming and in a very secure area. We were a 1 minute walk from a great family oriented pool (mostly shallow, so the kids loved it) and a 10ish minute walk to the beach. Appliances worked great for our cooking and cleaning needs and the check in and out process was effortless. A wonderful vacation for our family.

Clean, spacious condo

The condo suited our family of 5 well. It was laid out nicely, had big bedrooms and pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and in good condition. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly - probably the fastest communication I’ve received from any of the VRBOs we’ve rented. The only thing I would have liked to see was some beach gear given it’s within walking distance of the beach (primarily beach chairs).

An amazing home away from home!

This villa was nearly perfect in everyway. Every bit of the home was clean, I never once worried about my kids getting in the floor and playing. Here are a just a few of the things my family appreciated; the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have needed, the beds where super comfortable and clean, the living room was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable, the windows opened, nice large balcony, and the split bedrooms make all three very private. We also loved the resort. The grounds are very well takin care of, and all of the lakes made it really nice. There are so many pools on the property, that we didn't even see them all. Also in case your concerned about not being able to use the kids water park, my kids never even asked to go. The walk to the beach is actually enjoyable, its all shaded and on pathways. We did drive a couple times which was fine because of all the parking at the Embassy. I was concerned about not being right on the beach but I ended up likeing it better. Another plus about Kingston Plantation is that it seemed very safe, and was quiet. The owners where easy to work with and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this villa and Kingston Plantation to any family!

Good week with family. Property was roomy, clean and furnished well. The St James Park neighborhood was quiet. The villa was near the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay there again on our next visit to North Myrtle Beach. Recommended.

Great property. Easy access to the pool. Great covered parking with easy access to property without having to park in parking decks like other options at Kingston. We have stayed in the high rise condos at Kingston in the past, but with having small kids this worked out WAY better without having to navigate a parking spot and lug things up on an elevator. Highly recommend!

Summer Family Getaway

We enjoyed our week with family in this villa near the beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the ocean on a flat sidewalk and you could either take a boardwalk entrance to the sand or stairs up over the dunes. The pool, although fairly tiny (capacity only 18 people), is literally right next door and you can see it from the back deck. It was easy to take the kids for a quick swim between thunderstorms. Pool was often dirty with debris but we skimmed/cleaned it up ourselves. The villa itself is 16 steps up wood stairs to the door and the staircase is very narrow which was difficult for my blind grandmother, but fine for everyone else. The front bedroom was warmer than the other two bedrooms, but that is where the kids slept so it wasn’t a big deal, we just moved the tower fan that was in another room in the villa in there. In our opinion, even though it says this villa has been remodeled it seems like the decor is dark and outdated. It would brighten it up a bit by by simply switching out the lightbulbs to a white light rather than yellow, especially with the yellow walls. We did see several cockroaches inside during our visit, but we know they are common to this area so it wasn’t alarming. There are only seats for 4 on the deck balcony, 5 seats on the two couches in the living room and just 6 chairs at the dining table…..so not a space for everyone to gather together and enjoy everyone’s company or play a game during poor weather. Overall, we had a fun getaway near the beach.

I prefer the villas at Kingston to the high rises for a few reasons. You have your own covered carport for your car. It stays cool in the shade and is right there when you need it and loading and unloaded are a breeze. You do not have to valet your car and wait for it every time you need it. Have you ever been in the madness on move in and move out days?? Waiting for an elevator? Waiting for a luggage cart? Waiting for your car to be brought around? That was just not for me.

St. James Park is the best neighborhood of villas in Kingston because it is the closest to the beach. I chose building #1 because it is the closet building in St. James Park to the beach and also sits right next to the pool
