The Carriage House has many windows for such a small space, but each window has Levelor light-filtering blinds and the door has a curtain for privacy. Regarding a glare on the television, I watched the television during the brightest part of the day, just to make sure, and no glare could be seen. The television is viewable at all times of the day. As to road noise. This house is located on and above a state route. Traffic can be heavy at times, but not all the time. At the time of this review response, a bypass is being built and it will cut down on traffic substantially, However The Carriage House is well-insulated and this keeps traffic noise to a minimum. Most guests have commented on how quiet it actually is.

This guest booked my property, without reading the description, or looking at the photos and chose to stay the night, even when she thought it was “not as advertised.” I had to pay someone to clean up, had to wash laundry and haul a bag of trash. She made use of all the services I provide and then waited two days to demand her money back. All while disparaging, not only the size of the house, which is clearly described and seen in the photos all over the listing, but the design of my porch and even the furniture that I provided. It is a tiny house, and has a bedroom area. It is by a state route, as stated in the listing. The front porch has two chairs, as can be clearly seen in the main photo on the listing. They are outdoor chairs, not folding chairs, as can clearly be seen in the photo that she chose to attach to her own review. Beware renting to this guest; you may be sorry if you do.
