Awesome experience. Great proximity to downtown while also feeling remote. Plus a ton of bears!!

Bring a 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicle.

We loved the location and all the amenities. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the skillets to cook with were warped. But ee had a GREAT time even saw a mother and her cubs from our balcony! Would stay again!

If you want to see bears this is the place to be. Saw 11 in our 3 day stay. The photos are AI enhanced. There was not a living room table. The he colors/ lighting of the rooms are not as bright as they look in the photos. The bathrooms were nasty. Upon arrival there were pee stains running down the wall. There were small stains all over the restroom even the doors. Thee was a hole behind the toilet that flops down when getting up. The deck railing on the bottom balcony is rotting. The railing going up the stairs were loose. There were cob webs upstairs above the upstairs bathroom. It’s a decent place if you just need a place to sleep. I wouldn’t describe it as clean. The view is starting to be obstructed by the trees. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends. I will not be staying there again.

we had a great time! Some separate lighting for the fire pit area would be nice -- when it gets dark the fire is the only lighting and you are right next to the woods hearing things walking around in there, so we ended up not really using it as much as we thought we would. We didn't anything about the pool, but it ended up raining half the days we were there so we didn't need it. Saw bears of all ages in the driveway!
