Property centrally located for seeing Boston and surrounding areas. Close to restaurants. Made it easy to visit family. Host was responsive with any issues experienced and responded quickly to resolve. Washer/Dryer combo a little difficult to operate and would not dry clothes completely. Many remotes renter would benefit from a guide on which remotes controls which lights or device.

The house was spotless. Lots of amenities but could use more kitchen items. The steps were difficult for us . The room deodorizers were overpowering and we had to disconnect all room deodorizers. Convenient to everything ! Overall a good stay

If you like glitz and sparkle, this place is for you. The beds were very comfortable, WiFi was good, nice big tvs. Filtered water was provided. Host requested we didn’t use tableware but provided us with paper plates and plastic cups. There were limited pots and pans, no spices or foil, etc. Steps to the upstairs were very steep but manageable. It would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The only real negative I can say about the unit is there was hair in the bathrooms (floor, rugs, and tub). Otherwise the unit was very nice and clean.

The place is lovely and well-maintained. There are window AC units in the living room and both upstairs bedrooms that keep things nice and cool. We did have an accident during our stay; one morning when we were leaving, my mom tripped on the sidewalk and hit her face and head on the concrete. The host lives on-site and saw it happen, so she came right out to help. She drove us to an urgent care clinic and then to the hospital to get checked out. Aside from that rough patch, we all really enjoyed our time in Boston and loved the property overall. The host’s decorations are beautiful, too, and they’ve done a great job updating everything. Just a heads-up, though: it’s a two-story rental and the stairs to the bedrooms are super steep. They’re tricky to manage if you have bad knees or a lot of luggage. All in all, we had a blast and would definitely stay here again. Plus, it’s less than 15 minutes to local spots like the JFK museum, the Observation Deck, Fenway Park, and downtown Boston.
